As she walked down the stairs to the dungeons, Pandora felt her blood boiling. She had a bone to pick with Regulus.

He had decided to set her up on a date with the most insufferable know-it-all in the entirety of Hogwarts. For what reason, she didn't know, but she was beyond enraged.

Well, it wasn't as if her so called "date" with Lily was awful. She had gotten to know the girl a bit better and they ended things on a good note, despite how... awkward it was. But still, she certainly wasn't a big fan of Lily and she didn't think she'd come close to ever liking her romantically.

When she approached the portrait and entered the Slytherin common room, the first thing she did was spot out Regulus with her hawk-eyes and glare at him from across the room.

"Regulus Arcturus Black." She called out. "A word."

With a snicker, Barty looked at her and Regulus both. "Mate, you're doomed."

"Shut it Crouch." Pandora snapped, causing him to promptly stop his laughter while Regulus looked at her nervously and approached her with caution.

She crossed her arms and sharpened her glare. "Why in the everloving fuck would you set me up on a date with Lily Evans? Are you actually insane?" She exclaimed while asking him.

"Calm down, calm down. I thought it wouldn't be so terrible since you're both single. Don't blame me entirely, it was mainly Sirius' idea. He wanted to set Lily up for good laugh or something." Regulus explained, backing up a bit and holding his hands up as if to express fear.

"Of course it fucking was. That stupid brother of yours gets on my fucking nerves." She spat angrily. "Look, I'm glad you two have made up, but that doesn't mean you have to agree with every stupid fucking idea he comes up with."

"I don't agree with every idea of his. And you're right he is rather stupid, but I didn't think this idea was so bad. I thought maybe the two of you could've had something. She's nice and I thought she'd be a better fit than your last girlfriend." Regulus told her. "I was just looking out for you, I wanted to see you happy and getting out there Panda. I thought it'd be good for you to meet someone new."

With a sigh, Pandora looked back at him with sympathetic eyes. "I'm glad you had my best interest in mind, but seriously, Evans? You couldn't have set me up with anyone else?" Pandora replied, placing one hand on her hip.

"I 'dunno. I just thought she could for you. I didn't know you hated her so much." Regulus shrugged.

"I don't hate her. She just gets on my nerves, quite often in fact." Pandora huffed, turning her head away from him.

Regulus let out a small laugh and rolled his eyes. "Well? How was your date? It couldn't have been that bad, right?" He asked her.

"It was fine." She pouted. "But it could've been better if you had chosen anyone else. I'm disappointed in you Reg."

"Oh Merlin, I'm wounded." He joked.

"Right then, I'll be off to my dorms to get ready for bed. I'll see you later." Pandora said, waving him goodbye.

     "'Night Panda." He followed with.

As she made her way back through the labyrinth that was Hogwarts, she felt her stomach sink a bit. As much as she wanted to be mad about her "date" it really wasn't as bad as she had made it out to be.

She even offered to pay for their butterbeers. What was wrong with her? It wasn't as if she had some sort of.... affection for Lily of course, but being on that date made her feel strange, stranger than what she considered acceptable of course.

She recalled how she had a weird feeling in her stomach. Surely it was just nerves. Either way, she would choose to intentionally avoid Lily for as long as she could. No, she didn't hate her, but after that whole ordeal she certainly didn't want to go near her or even look at her. She did not want to deal with anymore discomfort from being around her.

As she entered the Ravenclaw tower, she made her way over to her dorm and got herself ready for bed. She then took off her makeup, took a quick shower, put on her sleepwear, did her skincare and put her hair up in her favorite blue paisley silk bonnet.

After, she began to lie down on her bed, and shut off the colorful stained glass lamp she had on her nightstand off, as to not disturb her housemates who had already shut all of their lights off for the evening. She laid on her back, staring at the top of the dark blue canopy of her bed.

The day had been eventful, that was for sure, but not exactly to her liking. Still, there was nothing she could do now. She'd just have to live with the fact that she had gone on the most embarrassing date of her life with the one and only Lily Evans knowing she'd ended up actually getting along with her. She almost felt sick by the thought.

She slowly let herself forget the thought of it as she drifted into sleep, preparing for a new day, where hopefully she would not run into that wicked red haired girl.
