I was ashamed of my actions how can I hurt her? I know it happened by mistake but I could not just let my emotions flow out in this manner.
I would never hurt her like this but I felt really guilty.
The least I could do to make it up was to treat her bruise which occurred due to my stupidity.
I didn't understand what happened to me and how I lost my control on myself.
I must stop making her uncomfortable around me but to be honest I am shocked that how my heart beat raised and acknowledged her presence before my own self.
"If you are done with your first aid then you may leave my hand Mr. Aghnotri" She said while looking at me.
I guess I completed bandaging her wrist long back but I found myself holding her hand longer than it was necessary.
"Oh yeah" I said and stood up I got a little embarrassed but atleast she let me treat her without any tantrums.
She was about to say something but she stopped in middle when a man greeted us while walking inside the room.
"Good afternoon" Mr. Malhotra said while coming towards us.
"Good afternoon Mr. Malhotra, I hope you are doing well" I replied him with a handshake.
"I am doing great Mr. Aghnotri after all I have a loving daughter who takes care of me and my work" He said while glancing at her.
"Excuse Me" Ms. Malhotra said to both of us and walked out of the room while glancing at her secretary to follow.
This was kind of weird.
Mr. Malhotra just arrived and then instantly she took her leave I don't know why but I sensed something was off between them.
"Don't mind her she might have some important things to attend" Mr. Malhotra said behalf of his daughter while looking at the door from where she just left.
"That's alright" I told him as if I didn't mind but I did though.
"Let's sit and have a chat come Devyansh" He said.
We maintain a professional relation but along with that we have a personal too so it was normal for him to address me by name and I could do the same.
