Pandora's POV
Soon enough, we reach school and I step out of Morgan's car. I make the mistake of not looking up as soon as my feet touch the ground.

I could literally feel the life being squeezed out of me as I start seeing "stars". Through my blurry vision, I manage to make out someone's dark brown hair in my face. Suddenly, I know exactly who is trying to possibly kill me.

"Blake! Let. Me. GO! " I manage to splutter out, struggling to breathe. I writhe under her iron grip, trying to escape.

"Now, now, Dora, don't get your panties in a twist," Blake chides into my ear.

Finally, Blake lets go of me, sporting a triumphant grin on her face. Aria and Morgan, who were standing behind the whole time, lose control and immediately burst into uncontrollable laughter. Blake walks towards them and high-fives them both, laughing along with them. Realisation hit me like a twenty-pound sledgehammer. I face-palm myself, shaking my head at my naive self. How could I fall for that yet again?!

"You guys got me good," I say, chuckling.

Morgan, Aria and Blake had played a prank long time ago when we were all in third grade. Aria's father had offered to drive Morgan, Aria, Blake and I to school, however, on that morning, Blake happened to call Aria's father and told him not to pick her up as she was sick. Being the innocent and naive girl that I was back then, I chose to believe it and did not even question Blake. Similar to what happened today, as soon as I got out of Aria's father's car, Blake ambushed me and refused to let go.

"I seriously can't believe you fell for it yet again!" Blake burst into yet another bout giggles.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. Now let's get to class," I wave Blake off dismissively and start walking into school with Morgan, Aria and Blake in tow.

School passes by in a blur and before long, the lunch bell rings. I rush out of Calculus and head over to my locker, switching out my Calculus notebook and textbook for my wallet. Then, I make my way to the school cafeteria for lunch.

On the way to the cafeteria, I meet up with Morgan.

"Hey, Dora, there's a new kid in my English class. He's name is Travon and, man, is he weird," Morgan tells me while walking to the cafeteria.

"Morgan! You can't just say something like that. What is he's perfectly normal and you're just overreacting?" I chide him.

"At least I have some evidence, woman. He was speaking in a very posh tone and he used words from medieval times," Morgan retaliated smugly.

I pondered on the idea of a teenager speaking medieval words when not in drama class or anything, "Well, hmmm. I guess I'll just have to see-and hear him speak-to believe it"
