~Talon~
I was in the woods, far from Veola. From my home. I couldn't stay. I can't let her see me. I know I wished for this but...it would frighten her. She wouldn't be able to handle this. I have to find a way to change back. I would rather I be a wolf. Then I'd still be with Veola.
Yes, I was happy I'd be able to talk now, but what was I to say? "Hello I'm Talon. Your pet wolf. I wished for myself to be human and it came true." Yeah, she'd totally believe me. I knew her too well and she was a logical person and it was not logical for a wolf to become a real boy. Sadly, this was not another Pinocchio story.
Snap!
I whirled glaring in the direction of the snap. A growl rose from my chest and I let it loose. To my shock two grey wolves stepped from the shadows. I had expected something else, like a bear or human, not wolves. As I stared into their eyes I felt as if they weren't just your regular wolves.
~Veola~
Four hours. Four hours and yet there was still no sign of Talon. Where is he? Is he okay? Did someone take him? Did he runway? All of these questions filled my mind as I paced my room. Tears streaked down my face, but I didn't care. My best friend was gone and I knew nothing. All my questions were unanswered.
I needed him back. Now. He was my partner in crime, the last surviving member of my intermediate family. My very first friend. The only time we've ever been separated was when I went to school and even then he'd wait for me in the woods.
Eventually my silent crying turned into gut wrenching sobs. He could be dead. Or worse dying alone somewhere and I wouldn't know. "Talon where are you?"
~Talon~
I was in a room. My room they told me. It was huge, containing a California king bed, with blood red comforters, a couch, vanity, dresser, full length mirror, walk in closet, a flat screen TV, and two other doors. One door led to a balcony, the other a spacious bathroom.
The bathroom contained a jacuzzi, a separate shower, with glass doors, two sinks, and a closet for towels.
All the walls in both the room, closet, and bathroom were blood red. Red. Veola's favorite color. Veola. It'd been only five hours and I felt as if I'd go mad, but I couldn't go back to her. Not yet. Not until I learned to change back.
The wolves that brought me here promised to teach me, for they knew how. They had changed right before my eyes. I had been eager to learn, for them to teach me then and there but I was told I had to wait. They needed to explain some things to me first. What those things were remained a mystery.
--------------------------
The two wolves that brought me here now led me into a room filled with others I immediately knew were like them. In the center of the room was a long, oval shaped table with fifteen chairs. I was instructed to sit in the one at the head if the table and so I did.
Once I did so the other wolves seated themselves. Among them was one female. She was the first to speak. "I didn't believe it at first but now, as I stare into your eyes I know it to be true" I frowned. What is she talking about?
"You were young when it happened. Therefore you do not remember and I envy you that. I know you are confused, so I shall get to the point. We, just like you, are werewolves and you are our alpha. You won't begin to contemplate how long we've searched for. We were beginning to loose hope."
My frown deepened. This made no sense. How am I a werewolf? I didn't notice the female had moved until I felt her hand on the back of my neck, her now sharp nails pressing against my skin. "Maybe this will help."
Well, there you have it. Talon's their long lost alpha.
I have a little question.....
Who wants me to add a little traditional pack whore?
Should I?
I don't want the story to be cliché but it'd ve kinda funny since Talon knows nothing about sex.
The choice is yours my friends.
The offer to be in this story or any of my stories still stands and I've posted a chapter to a new story called Fox Fire.
Plz check it out, you won't regret it. I promise.
