CALISTA ALLEGRA DUPONT. Her name was a name that you would remember because of how... different it was. Her mother always said that when she first was first born she thought that Calista was the most beautiful and lively baby girl in the world - and everyday after that. Growing up with a single mother whose first language wasn't English meant that the young girl grew up fast in order to protect the only family she's ever know.
Born on the 1st day of October at the 12th hour in 1989 to a French born woman whose family shunned her away because of embarrassment that would hurt their dear family's 'brand'. Many other children were born on this day - 42 others to be precise - but Calista's grandparents simply did not care as it wasn't beneficial to them.
Many years later, Calista has become a piano teacher at the small school that was the first place to feel like home. It was never really the plan she had for herself in life but things just happen... but she would not have changed her job for the world.
On her way home from work one day some idiot thought that they could get away with her bag & that she would be to scared of his fake gun to do anything but boyyy was he in for a shock. Calista was as badass as they come - fearing no one - but when Diego Hargreeves decided he wanted to play superhero she's realises just how much she has met her match.
