Chapter 7 - Drinks

Nari woke up two hours later, half expecting Hyunjin to have left. He had moved her into the bed, and she could hear his phone playing. When she opened her eyes, he moved his hand to her leg and rubbed it softly.

"You're still here? I can't believe I fell asleep.." she carefully sat up, feeling her face heating up. Hyunjin found her reaction adorable, gently pushing her back down "it's okay Nari, you must have been tired. You really think I wouldn't stay? We never get to relax together like this." He smiled.

Nari let out a breath of relief, leaning her head on his shoulder to see what he was watching. Hyunjin quickly swiped away, causing her to frown a little. "What are you hiding Mr Hwang?" She asked, looking up at him.

Hyunjin pulled a face, before swiping back onto the previous TikTok. It was a clip of Nari, but you wouldn't know it unless you knew the scenario. It was when she went to reach for Leeknow, but that was it. The rest of the clip was cut, making her look like a crazy fan. "Oh my god... that's so humiliating! 500k likes already?!"

Hyunjin turned his phone off, turning to face her "don't worry about it, the PR team will take care of it. You're staff too, they have to protect you as much as the idols." He explained, before pulling her over to him. He wrapped his arms around her, hugging her to his body. Nari relaxed against him for a moment, trailing her arms around his neck. "Yea.. you're right. You can't even see my face." She reassured herself.

Hyunjin just smiled, letting her go as he stood up "come on, let's go down to the lounge." He stretched his arms up. Nari jumped out of bed, joining him.

They made their way down to the lounge, where some of the staff and all the other members were already sat. Nari found a seat next to Felix, who was clearly a little tipsy with the way his ears were red and he swayed slightly. Hyunjin ordered himself and Nari a drink, before taking a seat next to her.

"This is a really nice lounge.." she spoke, taking in the decoration. It really was a nice lounge, and it looked expensive.

"I know right? It's about time you came and joined us!" Felix spoke, a big smile evident on his face.

"Sorry sorry, I fell asleep... you can blame the jet lag for that!" Nari joked, taking a sip of the drink Hyunjin had just bought her. She knew it was important to keep on best behaviour with other staff members around them.

The group sat around and drank, talked, drank some more. It was a nice change from the pressure of their strict schedules. After a while the rest of the staff members seemed to stray away back to their rooms, possibly because they're not as comfortable around the members as Nari was.

The lounge was just about ready to close, and the whole group was somewhat tipsy but not ready to end the night. "I say we go raid Channies mini bar" Seungmin suggested, making everyone laugh.

"Wow." Chan laughed "I hope you'll be paying the bill JYP will send me." He joked.

Felix just shook his head, pulling a face "you're the one who's balling." He teased. With that, they all seemed to stand up and follow Chan up to his room. Hyunjin and Nari were with them, and if you didn't know them you'd think they were a proper couple.

Hyunjin sat out the couch next to Han, who had Leeknow on the other side. Nari was going to take a seat on the floor when Hyunjin pulled her back, her weight landing directly between him and Han. It was a good job they were all friends, otherwise she's sure Han would have been somewhat offended.

Hyunjin had his arm on the back of the couch, his hand idly rubbing the back of Nari's head. "So what are we doing?" Jeongin was sat on the floor in front of the other couch, looking around. Chan had bought over pretty much everything from his mini bar and now everyone had a fresh drink.
