I took off as soon as I heard that voice. I ran and ran till where the forest led me. Blood was still streaming across my temple.

I held onto her tightly, And ran. I didn't see what or who was behind my back chasing me. All I could think of was the life of my sunshine.

I reached to an dead end, even the forest betrayed us. My eyes widened. Red and hatred was filled within me. She wouldn't stop crying even as I held her tight. She probably couldn't breathe.

Fire shot. Everyone got distracted, as well as me, when I realized someone took her away from my hold.
