The first words spoke once everyone got back from what happened at the hotch residence. The very first words even uddered since the tragic events took place...and they all came from one, Theodore 'Theo' Gray. The sarcastic agent that has trust issues with everybody unless you get close enough for him to trust you.
No one quite knew what those words meant but in Kamryn's mind she knew exactly what he was meaning when speaking those short simple words. She had even flinched a bit at the sudden yelling since everything went quiet. The only people there in the fbi building at the moment or the b.a.u area was Spencer Reid, Penelope Garcia, Kamryn Belcourt and Theodore Gray. Everyone else had gone straight home or in Aaron Hotchner's mindstate to stay with his son & another family member at the moment, though it was doubtful the man would rest from what happened to his ex-wife, Haley.
"What's wrong?" Spencer asked curiously. He couldn't help but wonder as he looked over at the other in curiosity and worry. "I mean what the fuck...Kamryn. Are you fucking serious?" Theo would state in a bold, angry like tone. A break in silence between the end of his words and uttering Kamryn's name. Kamryn looked down and let out a deep sigh before slowly turning to face him, "look-....I wanted to tell you all but I just wasn't comfortable enough to say anything about it. You all know that better than anyone that if someone doesn't feel comfortable sharing something then they shouldn't have to." She stated with a slight lower tone than normal, her voice softening and sounding more frightened than anything.
"I know that, I'm not an idiot. I just-...still that was a lot of information to take in. Still doesn't feel right knowing you hid / THAT / type of information from everyone." Theo would state coldly as he crossed his arms in disappointment. Penelope walked over patting and rubbing Kamryn's shoulder to comfort her before going over to theo, "be nice theo. Maybe we should just all talk this through in the morning. Now's not the time for this." She would respond with a softer tone of voice, a comforting one as Spencer would nod. He would do the same to Kamryn yet more awkwardly knowing his fear with touching or hugging people. The two agents would give the other a last look before eventually leaving.
A few minutes in silence as Kamryn and Theo would be at their desk doing god knows what before Kamryn would break the silence once more. " I just-...I didn't think it would all come up so soon. Technically speaking hotch is the only person who ever knew." A tone of fear and a slight whimper in her voice as she spoke not even giving the other a single glance, " I thought if I had stated everything and my real name...that you all would judge me and hate me." She said now sounding more like she was on the verge of crying. Theo would look up seeing tears in her eyes. He hesitated for a few minutes before going over and awkwardly placing his hand on her shoulder, trying his best to be comforting but deep down he wasn't that great at it.
" We wouldn't have hated or judged you, kam. Really we wouldn't have, trust me. You could've told us whenever you felt comfortable enough but...you knew deep down someone was gonna out you about your past. With our job, nothing is gonna be remaining a secret for long." he replied with a softer tone, a more slight comforting voice than before. "Foyet is an asshole who got what he deserved in the end anyways." He responded again with slight anger in his voice having even mention George Foyet. It did work in the end as she would slowly stop crying, tears would stop rolling down her face and onto her desk in front of her. She wiped her tears and looked at him with a small sigh and slight smile. "Your...right. I know that...I just-...I wasn't ever ready for it to be so soon. It's difficult enough to have remembered all of it, let alone explain it all."
"Well, I guess just know you have all of us here for you then. If and when your ready to ever talk with us or one of us about it and explain it. We'll understand and we won't hate you." he stated to her as he pulled his hand away and state he was gonna go home. When Kamryn was alone, she sat there for a moment in silence thinking everything over before eventually gathering her things and heading over to the elevator to ride down with Theo and head home.
