Daiki: First, you're engaged. Second, you're marrying Kagami Taiga. Third, He was your ex-boyfriend.

Daiki: Hikari, I don't even know what to do or think anymore. All I can think about is you marrying someone else. And that breaks my heart. The pain is too much to handle.

Daiki: And why didn't you tell me that Kagami was your ex-boyfriend?

Hikari: I'm not planning on telling you.

Daiki: He's your ex-boyfriend for Pete's sake! I'm your boyfriend. I deserve to know everything. Don't you trust me? I'm really hurt that he was your ex-boyfriend but I need to understand that. Whatever your past relationship, I don't care, as long as you stay with me today, tomorrow and always. I don't care a bit.

Daiki: But you lied to me. You kept a secret from me. But I don't hate you for that. I can't bring myself to hate you because God knows how much I love you.

Hikari: The reason why I didn't tell you about Taiga was because I want to forget about him.. our past. I didn't expect that I will see him again. He left me miserable for years. He left America and went to Japan to chase for his dream. He chose his dream instead of me. I'm not against about his decision. I supported him but him to leave me just like that. I was really hurt and devastated. I gave everything up for him but what did I get in return? Pain.

Hikari: But thanks to you, I forgot my love for Taiga. And I'm grateful for that. You're the one I love, Aomine Daiki, forever. And that will never change.

But I prefer living with a lazy, bastard, annoying and the one that I love, and that is you. Whatever happens in the future, whether we get married for real or not, you'll always be in my heart.
