After hearing the doctor, I got up and went to my hospital room for gathering the stuff, which was supposedly mine.
In the Hospital room
I was collecting my stuff.
As I opened the last drawer, I saw a diary with the extensions 'K.J'
I took a seat at the nearby bed as I flipped through it..
Something was written on the first page
It said-
'Come and save me'
