Xenogender is a nonbinary gender identity and umbrella term in which one's gender goes "beyond the human understandings of gender", and is instead crafted by other methods of gender categorization. This may include genders that are related to animals, plants, or other things that are not traditionally a gender.

While it was intended for Neurodivergent (mostly autistic) people, anyone can use the term "xenogender" if that's how they identify.

Although, there are some exclusive xenogenders intended for Only Neurodivergent people, only trans people, only autistic people, ect..

Normally anyone; no matter
trans or cis, can identify as xenogender, and with xenogenders unless of course the xenogender is Exclusively for a group of people.

Anyone can use xenogenders, aslong as they are not mocking anyone else.

"But xenogenders are transphobic!"

That is where you're wrong. It was intended for TRANS (mostly non-binary) autistic people whom cannot fully understand their own gender identity. If a xenogender says transgender people cannot use, that xenogender is most likely bait/satire. It's usually the other way around,,
an example would be;

"Cis people do not use!", or "cishet people do not use!" Ect.

Xenogender (coined in 2014 by Tumblr user Baaphomett in a submission to the MOGAI-Archive blog, from xeno alien + "gender" is a nonbinary gender identity "that cannot be contained by human understandings of gender; more concerned with crafting other methods of gender categorization and hierarchy such as those relating to animals, plants, or other creatures/things." Xenogender isn't defined in relation to "female" or "male" (the binary genders), but by other kinds of ideas that most people don't think of as having to do with gender. When people talk about nonbinary gender, they often find that there aren't any words for their experiences. This is called a lexical gap. In order to fill a lexical gap, this wiki takes up "xenogender" as an umbrella term for an entire category of nonbinary genders that are defined by characteristics with no relation whatsoever to "female" or "male."
