As Pete arrived in front of Mark's house, a bodyguard welcomed him and took him to Mark's office, so that they could discuss the details of their new business together. Mark was very polite, but at the same time every word he said about his project only made Pete want to throw up. Pete couldn't believe that he had to act like Tony, even though he knew that he had to do it for Kenta's sake.

"Pete? Are you listening?"

"I... I feel like it is a little too hot here... could you open the window, please?" Pete said, moving his hand in front of his face as if he was about to faint because of the temperature of the room. Mark didn't understand at first, but seeing his discomfort he opened the window and then went to a nearby table behind Pete to pour some water for him.

"Drink, you will feel better" Mark said as he handed the glass. Pete took it and drank it, Mark smiled a little and walked back to his desk, he sat down and looked at his laptop, waiting for Pete's reaction. At first the young CEO didn't understand what was going on, but he quickly realized that although Mark was looking at his laptop, he wasn't actually looking for something, he was just waiting.

"As we were saying... ummm..." Pete said and started coughing. Mark smirked at the sight.

"Your little act turned against you... my poor cute boy... well, maybe if Tony didn't invest so much time to get you back, it was because you weren't as smart as he pretended you were" Mark commented. He stood up and caressed Pete's cheek, thinking about his new prize. Suddenly, Mark felt a hand on his shoulder and he felt like all his free will was drained away.

"Go outside, order your assistant to take Kenta to Pete's car..." Way whispered in Mark's ear. The boss followed Way's order, and when the Enigma noticed that everything was going according to plan, he helped Pete to get to the car. When Kenta arrived, Way asked him to take care of him. He walked to the driving seat, then he heard the sound of Mark's footsteps.

Way turned. Mark was holding a gun, pointing straight at Way, who didn't expect the effect of his power to fade so quickly.

"Leaving so soon? You didn't even say goodbye, it is so impolite from you. Way, I missed you so much..." Mark said. A shot was heard, then a second and a third one, followed by the noise of a corpse falling onto the ground.

"What took you so long?" Way asked. Pete slowly opened his eyes and saw Mark on the ground, then he looked up and found Kim, still holding the gun that killed his enemy.

"I was looking for proofs of his traffics, just as you ordered... you didn't tell me I had to save your ass too. Anyway, you're welcome" Kim replied.
