Author's pov
Jungwon groaned after waking up from his deep slumber. He looked around and found none of his minions. He frowned but shrugged and got up to go out when the other minion Eunwoo kidnapped run in wounds all around his body.
The minion panted heavily feeling tired from all the running he did.
"Why are you running?And where did you get all these wounds?" Jungwon asked eyeing the minions body up and down.
"Master, Eunwoo tied me up and I managed to escape. I am sorry I wasn't able to make it to the meeting." Sim informed still bending with his hands on his knees.
"What do you mean by that? You attended the meeting a while ago." Jungwon said not understanding a thing Sim was saying.
"Huh, I was trying to escape all this while so I couldn't have possibly attended the meeting." Sim explained
Jungwon thought for a while and spoke.
"This only means one thing. Eunwoo kidnapped you and replaced you with an imposter who is not on our side. To sum it all up, Eunwoo betrayed us." Jungwon said too calm for Sim.
"What are we going to do?"Sim asked almost stuttering
"Change of plan. I want my son here." Jungwon said still having the audacity to call Jungkook his son.
"Your son?" Sim asked surprised that Jungwon had a son.
"Jungkook, I want you to inform our guards inside the palace to kidnap my son no matter what. As long as I know that kid can't fight so it will be easier." Jungwon elaborated.
"Are you t-talking about King J-jeon J-jungkook?" Sim stuttered out
"Yes, I wonder how he became king. If not because of that devil king, he will nothing but trash."Jungwon said smugly. If only he knew?
"M-master, I-i think you a-are mistaken" Sim said trying to explain. Because as long as he has known king Jeon Jungkook was a fierce warrior almost on the same level as the demon king, if not the same level as the demon king.
"I raised that kid myself and I know what he is capable of. So just do as I say or do you want me to punish you?" Jungwon threatened under his breath
"Sorry master, I will do what you have asked."Sim said bowing. Jungwon waved his hand and dismissed.
Ah, I really want to see your face when you see me son. It will be so hilarious to see you and your demon king crumble. Your demon king is not immune to lixmen is he? Jungwon and smirked
Meanwhile in the palace
"Jeon Jungwon, your majesty" Eunwoo replied and everyone was stunned.
"Baby?" Taehyung called for confirmation and Jungkook nodded confirming it
"I-i don't know how he is alive. Iswe-" Jungkook started and was cut off by a tight hug from Taehyung
"Thank you for coming back safely. You were bearing so much in secret. I know you don't know how he is alive so don't worry." Taehyung said reassuring Jungkook before pulling back to check Jungkook's body for any wounds.
"He didn't hurt you right?" Taehyung asked knowing how much Jungwon hates Jungkook and will do anything to hurt him.
"No, he was drugged anyway. Plus Hyungie you are acting as if I am weak, I can take him down alone." Jungkook complained pouting
"I know but you are still my baby" Taehyung said making Jungkook smile.
"Guys, you do realise we are in the middle of a serious conversation now, don't you?"Jimin asked and scoffed
"Right! That man perseveres so much how is he alive?" Jin asked.
"Did you burn the body Daehyung?" Taehyung asked in a serious voice
"I did" Dae replied
"Did you burn the body?" Taehyung asked stressing on body.
"Sorry Hyung, in a rush I just decided to burn the whole building down." Dae apologised looking down
"Did you check for his body there?" Tae asked and Dae shook his head as no. Tae sighed loudly and rubbed his forehead in frustration.
"I don't know how he came back alive but it has something to do with the fact that his body was probably left untouched." Tae explained. All of them thought hard as to what could have brought Jungwon back to life.
They sat in silence till Namjoon spoke up.
"He probably have been turned into a demon." Namjoon said making them look at him.
"That's the only possible way he can come back to life. Because you killed the angel in him, he can only be revived as a demon. But who could have done that?"Namjoon explained.
"A demon of course" Yoongi replied making Namjoon look at him done.
"I know it's a demon but which demon. He has to have at least a special power you can't convert an angel to a demon." Namjoon explained.
"Sim, the other minion is quite powerful not up to you guys though but could it be him?" Eunwoo asked.
"Yeah, he can convert him to a demon using the delphinium flower." Namjoon said.
"He just has to boil the flower in spring water and transfer a bit of his dark powers to it and force it down his throat and that is all it takes to convert him to a demon. He will wake up looking brand new despite any kind of wounds he incurred during your torture session." Namjoon explained.
"It's so easy, I want to change someone to a demon also"Jimin said excitedly
"Can you guys be actually serious for sometime?" Yoongi said annoyed by all the distractions
"Don't be so grumpy, Yoongi" Jin said smacking his head
"Guys, we need to take him down before he changes his plan." Namjoon said making them all shut up.
"We are attacking now" Taehyung said making all of them look at him.
"By now he should have realised that his minion was replaced so there will definitely be a change of plan. So we take him out now and forever" Taehyung said with a smirk.
"Yoongi,Dae, Jin Hyung and Hoseok will go with our soldiers to arrest all his accomplices. I, Namjoon and Jimin will go to his hideout with a few of our soldiers to catch him. Jungkook and Eunwoo stay here" Taehyung explained and everyone nodded but Jungkook wasn't even a bit happy with the decision
"Why hubby?" Jungkook asked
"That's the beginning of your punishment baby, I haven't forgotten the stunt you pulled " Tae explained flicking his chin but Jungkook just pouted more.
"Stop guys,after all this you can continue let's get rid of this annoying pest." Jimin said walking out with the rest following him leaving only Jungkook, Taehyung and Eunwoo in the room
"Take care" Taehyung said before leaning in and whispered in his ear.
I know some of his men from inside the palace will come for you. I trust you will bring them to me, baby. I leave them to you.
After whispering he pulled back and and pecked Jungkook's forehead and left leaving him with Eunwoo.
Jungkook smirked as soon as he left and thought. This is going to be fun.
