Lucifer's POV (Third person):

There he stood, Lucifer, the king of hell, among a burning earth. There were mortal's corpses around him as sinners ran around and killed and destroyed everything in sight. The heavens had fallen, and humanity was doomed. As Lucifer waded through puddles upon puddles of blood, he began to reflect on why all of this happened. Why he decided to let the world burn at his hands.

"Dear, who would you rather save, me, or humanity?"

Lucifer pondered at that question, "Well, Al id probably try to save some humans first, since y'know, don't want them dying out. But I'd of course save you!" he added when he saw the saddened look on his husband's face. The Radio demon sighed, "it's alright Luci, I got my answer.." and then he stood up and left.

Lucifer made his way to a human church, disguised as a human himself. He had felt the presence of his husband's soul leaving hell through a summoning ritual. When he entered the church, the sight struck him with horror.

The devil now stood in that very same church, staring up at the crucified body of his lover, beaten, cut up, and stabbed, all because some cultists summoned him instead of Lucifer. He undid the nails holding Alastor onto the cross and caught his limp body before it hit the ground. He was barely breathing, luckily Lucifer arrived in time before the cultists could kill him. He ran his fingers over the injuries, healing them all and beginning to tear up.

"I'm sorry I lied to you dear.."
