Draupadi was practicing archery with a blindfold in her eyes. Indeed that showed how skilled she was in archery. Suddenly a daasi came saying someone wants her permission to enter.
"Who is that someone?" Asked Draupadi while removing the blindfold.
"He said he has came from Dwarka, Kumari"
A warm smile crept on Yuvani's face as she quickly went towards the door to open it.
"Pranipat Govind! I'm glad that you're finally here. You know how much I was missing you. You don't care for your sakhi I guess!!" She said while touching his feet.
"Sada sukhi raho sakhi! How can you accuse me like that? I have come here just to meet you. And show you something!"
"What Govind??"
"Sakhi I want to give something before showing that!" Saying that he gave her five stones of same color. She was really confused a first but decided to keep it anyways. Then the proceeded towards her room.
"Wait for sometime sakhii! I forgot Maharaj had called me. I'll return within a second. Till that Padmini will show you what I wanted to show." He said motioning Padmini to start their plan.
"Kumari!! Dwarikadhish wanted to show you this picture" Padmini exclaimed as she put a canvas infront of her.
Her heart fluttered upon seeing the portrait infront of her. Her pupils dilated and her heart started beating crazily. Her mind went numb and what not she felt. Unknowingly she walked towards the painting and caressed it lightly.
"This is The Third Pandava, Prince Arjun." Padmini said breaking her chain of thoughts.
Her eyes widened upon hearing the name.
"Who? Prince Arjun?? The one who died in the fire accident" Asked Agnisuta expecting her answer in negative. Even she didn't know why she wanted him to be alive.
"Maybe it's just basic humanity" she thought while looking at it again."Idk Kumari rest Dwarikadhish will enlighten you. I may leave now" She said while going out of her chamber.
At the same time Krishna entered with his famous mischievous smile adorning his face. But out of nowhere his expressions changed.
" Areyy She showed you the wrong one. I wanted to show you something else. This potrait of Arjun was a present for Subhadra.". He said intentionally.
" Oh for Bhadra. But why? Does she like him?" Asked a curious Panchali while her heart expected a negative answer.
"A little too much sakhi!"
"But he's dead right??! What will Bhadra do with his painting?!" Said Draupadi deep down knowing he is not dead. She wasn't even aware that she was already feeling jealous.
"How are you sure he is dead? You know those who are born to establish Dharma will not just die in an accidental fire. They're born for greater causes sakhi. He is not dead. He is just hiding in the woods with his brother and Mata Kunti. Just like him you're also a part of this sakhi."
Draupadi nodded," I will do my very best to protect Dharma and kill all the Adharmis, Govind. But can you elaborate about Rajkumar Arjun, I'm just curious. I feel like I have some type of connection with him. What do you think? Why am I feeling like this"
"I can't give the proper answers to your questions. You can get all your answers from Mahadev himself. Trust me, your doubt will vanish. The information about Rajkumar Arjun's whereabouts can only be provided by him."
" But Govi-"
" Stop sakhi I can't answer to so many questions. Come here see my actual present!! Moreover if we keep talking about him, who knows you'll fall for him"
"C'mon Govind I won't ofcourse, ain't it? I have never even seen him, falling for him is quite impossible. Moreover since he is the most eligible bachelor, thousands of girls would be behind him. Instead of falling in love I would like to have a duel with the so called called great archer"
"Both things will happen soon" Krishna thought while flashing a bright smile to Draupadi.
"See sakhii your present and now tell me if you like it or not. This sword has been made with the finest iron metal of Dwarka. I hope you like it. ,In return you can give me thousand pots of makhan but if you wanna give more thennn how can I reject" Said Krishna while showing her his present.
"Treasure this with utmost care. This sword belongs to ADISHAKTI. And there is no one else other than you who can use this deadly weapon in the right way"" Govind! Can I take this responsibility? You sure you're handing it to me?!"
" Those who doubt themselves will always be doubted by the enemies."
" No I don't doubt my valour, Govind. It's just idk I would be able to make right use of it"
" Your subconscious mind will aware you when you'll need this. Remember sakhii that the sharpness of this sword will only exist if you're using it for the right cause and with sheer determination and strength. Unless that it's useless." Draupadi looked with awe and forwarded her hands to touch the sword.
Slowly caressing it, she felt a sudden gush of energy entering her. And the ruby attached with the sword started glowing (after all it has found it's rightful owner). Draupadi was astonished. With eyes full of confusion and curiousity she gazed towards the almighty.
" You'll never get any answers for me sakhi. You have to figure everything out yourself. This sakha will just stand with you like your soul." Vasudev said while holding her hands. Draupadi nodded understanding the depth of his words.
After spending some time with Draupadi, Krishna left for Dwarka a to prepare for the celebration of Holi.
