Chapter 14: Excuses, Excuses

Gray's POV
"Gray, what are you doing?" She said. I immediately backed away and my face flushed red.

"Um-Uh," I stammered, "N-Nothing!" Then I ran into the bathroom.

I wanted to come out of the bathroom but what was I supposed to say to Erza? 'Hi, I'm Gray Fullbuster I'm a full fledged stalker and I stare at you at night!' "Hell no!" I screeched.

"What was that Gray?" I hear the voice of Erza from our side the bathroom door.

My face was plastered with worried emotions as would a canvas with a two year old painting all over it.

I finally decided to peek out the door after 15 minutes of pondering about what would she think of me after the previous events. 'Okay i've got a 90% chance she'll think I'm wierd, a 10% chance she will hate me and won't talk to me ever again, and a 10% percent chance that she'll act like nothing ever happened.'

'Wait isnt that 110%?' I scratched my head as I counted on my fingers. 'Oh whatever.'

As I looked out i see her in the kitchen drinking juice and searching through the newspaper that was mysteriously placed outside the door. 'Ok I think it's safe to go out she has probably already forgotten all about it.'

I walk to the kitchen as smooth as possible and search the fridge. 'Phew she hasn't said anything'

As I turned around she says, "Gray what were you doing this morning?"

"U-Um nothing. Nothing at all!" I blurted out hoping she wouldn't ask anymore questions.

"Oh ok," she said totally dropping the subject.

My jaw almost dropped to the floor.' Wtf she just let it go? Oh well might as well not ask about it.'

"Ok so what do we do now we've been here way more then two days. I actually have no clue what day it is and how long we've been here." She said.

"I have no clue. We might as well stay the rest of the day here and just go back to school tomorrow. It'd be better than just returning in the middle of the day." I replied.

"Ya that sounds reasonable. Could we go to the cake shop here i have heard it's better than the one in Magnolia and nothing is better than the one in Magnolia." She asked.

"Ya sure whatever you wanna do." I smiled the brightest smile i've seen on myself since i was a kid.

She blushed and we both went to our separate areas to get ready for the day.
