"Argh, what am I gonna do with this" keichi stares the doll who was given to him. Mion, Y/N and Rena were before him.

As usual. Mion has to go, and keichi has to give the doll to Rena. Thus leading to the event of the second visual novel.
But.
There's a new piece to the game !
Keichi handed the doll to Y/n who did so bad in the boardgames that they won nothing
Y/N groaned
" I don't want that! It's so creepy!"
" well give it to Rena then!" Keichi exclaimed
Y/N who had common sense then said to Mion
" Since you didn't get anything, you should have the doll"

Mion stuttered "but.. it's not my type to have dolls-"
You cut off Mion with an evil grin "you're a girl, girl like dolls don't they?"

"You almost made me happy for a second ! Next game we play I'm gonna make sure you lose !" Mion yelled at you.. she was a little glad she was seen as a girl even with her tomboyish attitude.

She then took her bike, waved at your group and went off to her work...

(Erm actually when Mion gets the doll shes the one who ends up with the syndrome WELL UHM IN THIS UNIVERSE SHE'S STABLE MENTALLY.)

Everyone went back home, and a new day started... As always y/n waits for Rena in the usual spot
"Y/n~ good morninnng~ " she waves as she speedwalks towards them.
Y/n smiles as usual.....
" good morning Rena, you didn't wait for keichi yet?"

Rena answers "Keichi kun was late and I didn't want Y/N to wait too long"
" what if we waited for keichi together here ?"

Rena nods "Yay, yay!"

After an awkward silence between the two Rena asks
" hey, hey Y/N, if you had to walk home with either Mion or Rena, who would you walk home with ?"

Y/N thinks for a while "why this question?" They tilt their head at Rena
She answers
" Rena is just asking, nothing else !!"
You think
" Well- I rarely get to walk with Mion alone, but- I enjoy your company too"

Rena tilts her head " is that sooo-- Sorry, Rena shouldn't have asked a dumb question "
" Haha, it's alright Rena !"
Keichi eventually catches up and runs
" Good morning to you boooth! "
" Keichi! Did you wake up late? Did you?" Rena runs with keichi and Y/N does so too
Keichi laughs awkwardly "Yeah, yeah, sorry I didn't hear my alarm clock"
" Aw, next time, Rena will come wake you up next time"
Y/N stays behind the two, they were basically inseparable. And Y/N had a crush on Rena, but couldn't make up enough courage to interact with her. It's basic social skills, but you have a hard time with that.
You three eventually make it back to school, and keichi got to the door before you all, and got splashed by water
Keichi screamed
" SATOKOOOOOO"

her cheeky voice answered "what is it, are you assuming the prank was my doing ? Without proofs ?"
Rena stormed in and hugged satoko
"Keichi kun is a meanie, he's picking on Kyute little satoko~ "
" Em- yeah- exactly!" Satoko says, a little surprised
Mion stared at everyone without much of an expression, while Rika did exactly the same
You're more familiar with Mion because she's the one you don't have romantic feelings for (it's between Mion and Rena, not Rika and satoko ofc)
You got to your desks and went on to the morning classes

Now it's lunchtime and you ended up
getting caught in one of satoko's trap, poof
No more bentos, you still had a bit of rice left but it's alright..
Rena, who had a lot of bentos asked
"Y/n, I can share, do you want to share, do you?"
You were about to decline... Embarrassed about yourself.. until an octopus sausage got shoved in your mouth

"Y/n, no complains- you WILL! eat !"
Mion exclaimed
"Hey! If you want to feed me at least say it beforehand!" You whine, you could've chocked on that
"Hehe, if you don't want that to happen again~ " Mion proceeded to hand you omelet rolls from her bento
" Take this as a thanks for the doll... "

You couldn't decline anymore since she forcefully put them in your empty bento. You just ate without any complaints
Satoko chuckled "You two act like a married couple-..."
Rika cut her off
" Satoko, don't assume things about people"

You were all chatting and all, until Rena got up and announced in a calm voice
" I'll be right back"
Keichi asked "going to the bathroom Rena?"
She nodded and quickly got out
You had the feeling that something wasn't quite right.

"Poke poke.."
Rika quietly poked you, then muttered
" Don't lose your opportunity"
How did she even.????
Doesn't matter, you understood and stood up

"I'll uh- drink some water from the fountain"

You hurried out of the classroom, and there you saw Rena washing her face at the fountain
Since her whole face is wet, it's hard to tell if she's crying or not
She flinched, obviously surprised
"O-oh hi y/n !" She smiles
" What's wrong Rena?"

Rena doesn't answer and asks
" Was Rena's bento that bad, was it?"
You take some time to respond, it's hard to build up courage to say this kind of thing
"I- actually thought it was looking good, but- I didn't- have the courage to say yes"

Rena responds
" Why are you treating Rena like a stranger recently ? Why?"

"I-"

" Aren't we friends ?"

You interrupt her
"Of course we are ! And you- I uh.. I feel
like.. I.. wanted you to be more than a friend... i wanted to be your.. BESTEST best friend !"

You cursed your brain for spitting out that weird way of confessing love
You continue

"And.. I'm a little embarrassed.. afraid that you won't like me and all-"

Rena's eyes sparkle with joy
"Bestest best friends... I'm relieved..."

You stay quiet

"Rena understands y/n, let's get back to classes okay?"

You nod "is it ok if i- spend some time with you today?"

Rena nods, and you two enter the classroom again
Mion teases you two

"You were gone so long I thought you were gonna get spirited away~ what will we do without Y/n~ "

You answer "well even if I get spirited away Rena will be the one I miss!"

Rena squeals "that's too cute of you!! Now I wanna take you home!!"

Keichi mumbles with a grin
" So she's the reason why people disappear, is she?"
