Regina woke up the next morning feeling particularly dizzy. Did that really just happen? Why did she kiss him back? And if she liked the kiss so much why was she not acting on her feelings? She knows he likes her (obviously) so what would be the harm in maybe making something more....... What no?!? Is she forgetting everything that has happened?! This man was insufferable no matter what light he stands under. So that is that she thinks making her decision.
Regina gets ready as usual putting on her bold make up and a form fitting dress that reaches the floor. It is decorated with an elegant black pattern at the waist and collar while the rest of the dress is a scarlet red. She walks with confidence on her face and uncertainty in her heart. Once she reaches the breakfast table she sees Robin sitting three seats down from her ( in his usual spot) as she takes her place next to Snow and Charming. All breakfast she catches the thief stealing glances of her but she acts as if she doesn't see them. Once they finish, Regina quickly starts to make her way to her chambers so she can avoid confrontation with him but she is not that lucky. As soon as she is outside of her chamber door she hears a calm "hello" in a very thick accent coming from behind her. She stops and turns to see a very wounded Robin. She waits for about thirty seconds until the awkward silence is too much.
" can I help you?" She say with a bit of sarcasm.
"you could tell me why you ran away yesterday?"
"Look outlaw I don't have time for this okay?" She says pretty testy to try to get the point across.
"Look Regina I understand..." He starts but is quickly cut off
"You understand? No you do not understand!" She says getting angry very quick
"You don't know what it is like to have my life! You don't know what it is like to have people look at you with hate in their eyes. To always be looked down upon for something you can't control!" She says with anger boiling under her skin
"Look Regina I do understand you. You feel hurt and left alone.." Robin says trying to calm her down but it has a reverse affect
"You ungrateful thief! Try to come into my castle telling me how I feel." She says almost screaming and that gets Robin MAD!
" Yes, because I have felt the same way you stubborn women!" He says his voice laced with anger and frustration. As he unconsciously walks closer to her so they are at an appropriate talking distance.
" I'm not stubborn your just incompetent." She says slowly letting her tongue be used as a knife
" admit it your just push me away because I get under your skin. Because you feel something." He said stepping closer so their faces are inches away.
" I feel nothing" she says stepping closer and then snapping her head and turning to go into her room.
"Liar." He says grabbing her arm and pulling her into a very passionate kiss. She can't help but melt into his strong arms that grab her arms and then move to her back pulling her closer ( if even possible). Her arm lazily slung around his neck. He moves his hands to her hips not breaking the kiss lightly pushing her backwards into the wooden door. Her tongue gliding along his lower lip which eventually gains her entrance into his mouth. They deepen the kiss only breaking it to come up for air. His fingers intertwining with hers as they raise above her head.
"I want you Regina." he says rather hungrily between kisses. And with that Regina pushes against the wooden door letting her fears and concerns melt away, for now.
