Today I see the world with emptiness in my eyes
Nothing seems lovely except for the void
The birds chirp merrily but cannot move my heart
I don't know what's amiss with me
My mind is vacant too
Unable to comprehend and process what's going on around me
I may seem daft to others
Or come across as unfeeling
But I don't mind about all that, let it be
So I keep strolling and wandering aimlessly
I find myself lost in a flash
Not knowing which route to select
I just hope there's a correct way
I hope this will all come to an end
But it doesn't
Life's journey is lengthy and twisting
I must make choices on which route to follow
If the route is correct, then I am secure
If the route is wrong, then woe is me.
