Lauren & Quinn
When Lauren woke up the next morning, she was immediately reminded that she'd be meeting Quinn and that brought along a mixture of nerves and excitement. They had planned everything before hand, and he was to pick her up here at 10am, which was in two hours.
Lauren got up and immediately walked to the bathroom, turning her curling iron on. As that warmed up, she got her skin care out, and put her phone on the counter. She opened her Spotify and scrolled through her playlist, finding a song she wanted.
She washed her face and went through her routine, taking the occasional dance break. When she finished her skin care, she grabbed the curling iron and began to do her hair.
She decided to do loose curls, knowing that they looked more relaxed and casual. She scrunched them up a little bit and then let them fall, watching them bounce in the mirror.
She turned the curling iron off, unplugging by it as well to be safe, and she turned the bathroom light off and walked out. She walked over to the closet and looked through her clothes for something to wear.
It was October, so definitely something on the warmer side, but not too warm that she would sweat. She grabbed a pair of light wash jeans, and laid them out on the bed.
She then looked through her shirts again, picking out a light grey sweater, putting on and checking how it looked in the mirror. She smiled, grabbing her phone to take a picture to send to the girls but to also post on her story.
Within a few moments she got a notification on her phone, and when she looked at it, it was Quinn, liking her story. She smiled ear to ear and texted the girls again.
She made her way through the lobby, finding Quinn sitting on the couches waiting for her. She took a quick deep breath and walked up to him.
"Hi." She said as she got closer, him looking up. He stood up immediately and met her.
"Hey." He greeted, smiling hard. "Uh so I planned a lot for us to do today, so we should get going."
"Sounds good."
