After brunch Walker, Matt, Aubree, Brady, Maddie and Kennedy all went back to the hospital. When they got there they all had to pretend like they were related so that the doctor would let them all in the room.

"Ok so we are going to take off the cast and put the boot on," the doctor said to Kennedy, " then we will go to the x-ray room and check to see how much it has healed."

"Alright." Kennedy said sadly

"If everything goes well then you will be able to play outfield in 3 weeks and play anywhere but catcher in 6 weeks but you might have to wait 2 or 3 more months to play catcher again though." The doctor says while taking off Kennedy's cast.

"Why do I have to wait so long to play catcher?"

"Well when you catcher you put more weight on your ankle then when you play any other position."

"Alright."

"Ok your all set let's go back to the x-ray room."

As they all walked over there Walker could tell that Kennedy was having a hard time with everything really. She was really struggling to get over to the room so he got Matt and they came up behind her to help her. Aubree grabbed Kennedy's crutches while Matt and Walker put her arms over their shoulders.

When she gets on the table they scan her leg and it has healed more than expected.

"Did you do anything in the past 5 days because this is the kind of recovery we see from patients who don't do anything besides sleep" the doctor said with concern knowing how athletic and playful she is.

"Um well I did do stuff but for 2 or 3 days all I did was lay in bed I guess that could do something." Kennedy said with confusion.

"Ok well you only need this cast for 3 - 4 weeks and in a week, you can play out field. In 1 and a half weeks you can play any base, and in 1 month you can play catcher depending on how well you keep this leg good for." The doctor said with a little surprise in her voice. " and come back in 3 and a half weeks to get your boot off."

"Aright let's go" Kennedy said excitedly.

" But no running for you young lady"

"Wait so I can't bat?"

"You can bat just not run. It's just until you get you boot off. Alrighty bye see y'all soon."

As they left, they all were talking excitedly. Kennedy could not wait for next week. They all wanted to celebrate her getting her boot off early but that had absolutely no clue what to do.

" Wait! I got it. We should all have a sleepover." Kennedy suggested. They all agree.

When they walk into the Hazal house they got warmly greeted by Mrs. and Mr. Hazal, Hailey and Charlie. Kennedy didn't know that Charlie was going to be there, so it was really awkward for Kennedy.

Kennedy, Aubree, Hailey, Walker, Brady and Charlie all went up to the twin's room while Maddie and Matt went to the living room to watch tv there, knowing that whatever the rest of the group wanted to watch they did not want to. They were right.

All the girls in the group wanted to watch the notebook and all the boys wanted to watch dead pool. Hailey and Charlie did rock, paper, scissors to see what movie they watched. Hailey won so they watched the notebook.

" Charlie and Hailey should run to the store really fast to get us snacks," Kennedy says with a mischievous glint in her eyes, " because we don't have any good snacks."

"Ugh, fine but you owe me." Hailey said rolling her eyes, but she couldn't hide the smile tugging at the corner of her lips.

When they left, they all gave each other knowing looks the burst out laughing. they all knew that Hailey liked Charlie, it was kind of obvious, but they weren't quite sure if he liked her. Charlie was way better at hiding his emotions compared to Hailey.

While they were watching the movie Aubree started to fall asleep on Brady's chest. while this was happening, they gave each other knowing glances and all said " oooohhhh" at the same time. At this Aubree's eyes shot open then she realized what she was doing and sat up straight, she was as red as a tomato.

By the end of the movie all the girls were sobbing. They were confused at how the boys weren't crying.

" How are you NOT crying right now?" Hailey asked confused.

"it's really not that sad you know." Brady said while laughing at the girls.

" Broski, you just don't understand" Kennedy said.

After they fought about whether or not the movie was sad, they went off to their own rooms. Hailey and Charlie in Haileys room, Kennedy and Walker in the twin's room, and Brady and Aubree in the guest room.

That night Walker and Kennedy slept in separate beds because they did not want all of them finding them cuddling again. Everyone else slept in the same bed as each other.

that morning Walker and Kennedy woke up quite early just to see if anyone was cuddling. For some reason Matt and Maddie slept in the living room, but to the twos disappointment Matt and Maddie were sleeping on opposite sides of the couch.

Next was the guest room, where Aubree and Brady were. they were practically on top of each other. They two looked at each other mischievously while reaching to their phones. It took everything in them to not burst out laughing. They filmed and laughed at the two love birds.

The four of them went to Haileys room and they were facing away from each other, but their backs were touching so the four of them just took a couple cute photos and left.

While Kennedy, walker and brady were upstairs talking and everyone else was sleeping Aubree mad a big breakfast for everyone.

Once everyone woke up and ate people slowly left leaving Hailey, Matt, Kennedy, and Aubree alone.
