- Why are you avoiding looking at me? - Noris asked the next evening when he came back to the room.

In the morning they went about their business, had lunch together and met in the cabin after work. A normal day, with one exception - Nathan looked away every time Noris started a conversation with him.

In fact, the man knew very well the reason for this behavior. When he kissed Nathan, he knew the boy was awake. Nathan was Tiger's best bodyguard, how could he not notice that?

Nathan shook his head.

- What do you mean by that?

The guy took out a notebook and wrote:
[I'm not avoiding you].

Norris smiled slightly when he read this line.
- If you're not avoiding me, then look me in the eye.

Nathan hesitated before finally looking at the man.
When he saw his lips, however, the secretary blushed and looked away again.

- Um, are you going to keep insisting that everything is fine? Tell me, what's the matter? - Noris did not back down.

Nathan bit his lower lip before he decided to write another message.
[Why did you kiss me last night?]

- So you didn't sleep? - Noris asked him again.

Nathan looked at him confused.

- I kissed you because I wanted to.

The secretary realized that he did not know this side of Noris. He had always been a man of few words when he was around Roman.

[And why did you kiss me? Were you drunk?]

Noris took a step toward Nathan. He stepped back in surprise until he reached the bed. He sat down on it and stared at the bodyguard looming over him.

- I wasn't drunk. I just drank.

Then Noris lifted his chin up and covered Nathan's lips with his own.

After a moment's hesitation, Nathan gave in and started to lean back, but the man's hand held him tightly, wrapped around his neck.

- Ah... - The boy made a throaty sound as the warm tongue penetrated his mouth, caressing the tip of his tongue and causing his chest to quiver.

Noris kissed him skillfully, making him lose his composure.

- Uh-huh... - Nathan made a sound of surprise, realizing what had happened, when Noris slowly pulled away, keeping his eyes on him.

- I told you to look around. You always had eyes only for the boss, without even noticing that someone was looking at you.

Noris thought about the fact that he would soon have to go back to work with Roman, so he wanted to express his feelings openly.

Nathan's eyes widened in surprise and he pointed his finger first at the bodyguard and then at himself.

After realizing his silent question, the man answered:
- Yes ... I have loved you for a long time, as much as you love him.

Nathan remained silent, shocked by what he had heard.

[But you have never done anything to express your feelings.]

- You never looked at me. How can you know that?
Norris' tone was soft and his eyes expressed such sincerity that Nathan's heart raced.

- I don't expect you to accept me today, because I know you need time to sort out your feelings for your boss. But I need you to know that when I go back to work, I want you to think about it. Who are you going to miss the most, your boss or me?

The bodyguard was not sure how much his concern for Nathan over the past month would affect or influence the positive outcome. He did not expect to that the person he loved would reciprocate his feelings during this time, but only hoped that Nathan would give him the opportunity to open his heart to him.

When Noris spoke again of his imminent departure, Nathan shuddered and his heart filled with fear. As if sensing this, the man stroked his head .

- Don't think about it too much, I won't rush you.

Nathan nodded timidly.

That day came when Noris had to go back to work with Roman.  The helicopter would come to pick him up in the afternoon, and the man started packing his suitcase. The boy sat on the bed and watched him in silence, furrowing brows at the fact that he would now have to be alone.

- You ok? I'm going to be making a lot of video calls. Please answer them.

Nathan only nodded. Fear was growing in him. In the last month he had not gotten close to anyone except Luca, with whom he discussed work issues. This was partly because Nathan did not dare to get to know anyone.

When everything was ready, Noris walked over to the boy.
- Take care of yourself. Don't do anything that could hurt you. If anything happens, write to me.

And Nathan nodded, as always. He did not know what to say to Noris, because he felt a sudden emptiness in his chest.

- Will you come with me? - The man asked.

Nathan tried to make a sound, but then nodded again, causing Noris to smile contentedly.

The bodyguard realized that he only felt affection for him because he had helped him and supported him in a difficult moment. But he didn't care.
He would do more to get back that Nathan, the boy had once been.

- You have to be strong. You can do this. Understand?
The boy frowned slightly, but nodded again.

They stayed in the room until it was time for Noris to leave.

Together they headed towards the deck of the ship. Dr. Mason joined them. No one else knew of Noris's departure.

- Take care of him, –the man turned to the scientist.

- Hmm, if I'm free, –came the reply.

Norris looked at Nathan, who seemed to be holding back tears.

- I have to go.

When the bodyguard started to turn to climb the stairs to the helicopter, he was suddenly pulled back.
Nathan bit his lip slightly, not knowing what to say. What could he do in such a situation?

Noris reached up and with his thumb gently stroked the corner of Nathan's lips, making his heart beat faster.

- Don't bite your lips.
The guy took out a notepad and started writing a message.
[Have a safe trip]

It was all he could think about right now. Noris smiled slightly when he read the note and nodded, before climbing into the helicopter.

Nathan stood still, looking at the man, who in turn looked at him from the window of the helicopter until the helicopter took off into the sky.

The young man did not move.

- Go and get some rest. If you need anything, let me know. Noris entrusted you to me, – Dr. Mason said.

Although at first he might have been a little prejudiced against Nathan because of the situation with Roman, after talking to Noris he became more understanding, because he had once been in a similar situation because of his unrequited love for his boss.

When he heard the scientist's words, he nodded in agreement and went straight to his cabin.

Once Nathan entered the room, the bitterness of loneliness came over him so strongly that he almost vomited. But he held himself back, remembering how Noris had stroked his back. Tears came to his eyes. From now on, he would have to take care of himself.
