I woke early in the morning to hangout with my brother our weekly hangout on Fridays. We're really close plus the rest of our siblings. So I'm happy I about that plus I have a sister in law too. Since, I met Amina I know she treats him great & kindness. She even pulled up when I needed help.

FaceTime Call from "Brother❤️".....

Hey wassup?? I'm almost done getting ready. I spoke.

No problem. I'm on my way about 10 mins out. He said.

Okay see yah & where's my sister?? I asked.

She went to go visit her grandparents for the weekend. She wanted to give us our time. He said.

He seemed sad though.

Everything okay?? I asked putting the rest of stuff in my duffle for the weekend.

Yeah, I just miss her. That's all. She left early this morning since it's a long drive. He said.

Awww,How far is she?? I asked putting on my shoes & heading downstairs to the kitchen to get a yogurt.

Bout 3 hours. He said. I saw him pulling into the driveway.

Damn that's far. She'll be back soon don't worry.Do you want anything?? I said.

I'm coming in to say hi to Momma & Pops. He said hanging up.

I heard the door open & saw my tall big headed ass brother come in the kitchen & hug me.

Veronica, you ready?? He asked washing his hands then going in the fridge & taking out a Blue Gatorade.

Yeah & when is Amina coming back?? I asked eating my yogurt at the island.

3 weeks. Her Grandfather's in the hospital unfortunately. He said worried.

What?? Why are you here?? You should be with her. We can hangout another time. I said throwing out my yogurt.

She didn't want me to come. She said it's complicated with her mother & her grandparents. He said sad.

Well that's understandable. Zion, I know it hurts but I know how you are when you get protective. You don't want her to get hurt no matter what. I'm sure she appreciates it. I said hugging him.

Heyyy my beautiful children. You guys heading out?? Our father asked walking into the kitchen with our mother at his side.

Heyy my apple pies. Our mother said hugging us both & kissing our cheeks.

How ya'll doing & what ya'll got planned for the weekend?? Our father asked.

We going out to eat, the arcade & bowling. We might go do axe throwing & archery. I said smiling.

Okay that sounds fun be safe & keep your sister safe. Our father said.

Papa, when are you going to give me my own gun?? I said hugging him.

When you're 19. My mother said.

Yeah correct. My father said.

You don't have to worry about having a gun when you with me sis. DeAndre said rubbing the top of my head.

I know but what about when I start back driving & not going places with security?? Or when I move out to college?? I said as I elbowed my brother for messing up my hair.
