It's been some months since final battle, since then Kai and Lloyd have been officially dating. Though they haven't had that much time to spend together cause Lloyd is pretty busy accepting awards and stuff while rest of ninja are teachers in academy Wu opened. Eh kinda weird teaching kids their age but well it is what it is.

In classroom Kai is showing clips of the Final Battle from an old film reel. "The ultimate battle. The battle that would end all battles. It feels like ages ago. After the Golden Ninja defeated the Overlord, much of Ninjago City was in ruin. It was a time to reflect on our past, and build for our future." Kai says.

Then he shows clips of Cyrus leading  Reconstruction of the city. "Great work, people. Together, we can do it. Transportation group, align with engineering." Cyrus says in the clip.

"Ninjago City soon became New Ninjago City. And it became the center of great technological advancements. But without an enemy to fight, the age of the ninja came to an end." Kai says.

The clip switches to another clip in bathroom where Jay is holding a camera in a mirror reflection while Kai is heard scatting. The scatting stops. Kai is taking a shower and notices Jay. "Hey! How about a little privacy, you—?"

Kai is desperately trying to turn off the projector. "Whoa! This isn't supposed to be in here. Lights please!" He says. Students begin giggling as he can't turn off the projector. "Ugh! Seriously?" Kai says.

A Student comes in. "Come quick! Mr. Zane's on the fritz!"

In another room Students are laughing as Zane is shorting out. "Up. No, down. Whoa!" Zane says.

Cole enters in. "What's going on here?"

"Brad got an ultra remote from New Ninjago City and it's controlling Mr. Zane." Sally says.

Zane whimpers Cole grabs the remote. "How do you turn this thing off?"

"Hurry up, Cole. My liquid spirit level is making me less level." Zane says. Cole ends up smashing the remote, and Zane stops. "Ah."

"Mr. Cole is the worst." Brad says.

"I heard that." Cole says. A bell rings and the kids run out, bumping Cole out of the way. "Unh! Ah, recess. My favorite time."

Later the ninja are in the teacher's lounge. Jay sighs. "All right! Who took my pudding cup? My name was clearly written on it."

"I didn't see "Motor Mouth" on it." Cole says.

"I'm telling the headmaster." Jay says.

"Leave me out of it. I'm on break, too." Wu says.

"Relax, Jay, you can have mine." Kai says throwing it to Jay.

"But this isn't cold." Jay says. Zane flips a switch in his arm and freezes the cup. "Oh, give me. Mm." Jay says sitting down. "Is anyone else chapped that Lloyd gets to be the Golden Ninja and fly around accepting awards while we're stuck here being teachers with no powers? Ah. I miss our elemental weapons."

"Yeah, even I haven't spent much time with him and when I tries suggest him trying out this teaching thing he insisted he can't teach anything." Kai says.

"Yeah too bad we lost out elemental weapons thanks to Ronin." Cole says.

"U, can we agree never trust that guy again?" Jay says.

"Yes." Zane says.

"Hi, Miss Nya. I like your dress, Miss Nya." A random boy says behind the door.

Nya enters in. "Why is that when I teach, I get the feeling that none of the boys are listening?"
