Ashlyns pov

I wake up and I go in the living room and I don't see Aiden. Weird it's 9 am he's usually up and on the couch by now scrolling on his phone. I think to myself. I go in the kitchen to make some breakfast for me and aiden. I make his favorite which is French toast with strawberries and whipped cream and some chocolate syrup. I hear his bedroom door open and I see him come out of his room shirtless. I blush a bit. "M-morning Aiden." I say to him. "oh hey Ashlyn morning" he says coming over to me. "Oooh French toast my favorite!!!" He says like a child. I smile a little. God since when did he look so cut- no Ashlyn stop that's your best friend. But his abs... "ASHLYN!" I suddenly hear which tears me from my thoughts thank god. "Huh?" I say. "I've been calling your name for a while ash anyways since you were spacing out I turned off the stove and put the food on the plates for you so nothing burned." He said smiling. He's been so helpful since he became mature. I like that about him.. "thanks Aiden.." I say grabbing my plate from him and sitting at the couch and putting something random on the TV while he sits next to me.

Aiden's pov

While we were eating I noticed ash staring at me which I found odd but I didn't think anything of it. Maybe it was just bc I wasnt wearing a shirt. But it was hot during the night last night and I didn't wanna wear one sooo. Anyways after eating I got up and took mine and ashs plates and cleaned them while ash was watching whatever she put on TV. I went to my room to put on a hoodie realizing it was the one I took from ash and that's when I realized ash was wearing one of mine.. I smiled at the thought of that. God I really hope one day we could be a couple. No Aiden that's weird to think about your friend who's a roomate dumbass!
