Like I am pretty sure everyone predicted, Jack took over and became the 'leader' of the group. They started a numerous amount of bomb fires to accommodate the 48 people that survived the crash. Jack stood up to make speech about what they should do, he was up for a total of 3 seconds before the people started throwing the remaining water that they had at him, that's how bad everyone need him to sit down. Once he had taken a seat a man-child looking guy stood up very shakily to say that he can see the future and he knows that no one is coming for them. After that short announcement he got very woozy and passed out. "I think he ODed" whispered David to himself. Jack being the hero that he is ran to this mans assistance to find out his name is Charlie. After some minor CPR then a kidney replacement Charlie was back on his feet, still no one knows where jack got these supplies but nevertheless Charlie was ok with only a small infection (probably jacks fault).
