"So this is where you live, for real?" I was actually shocked by the big mansion I was seeing. How was he earning this much anyway?

"Oh yeah, this is where I live. Did you like it?" He smiled lightly. Oh gosh, please stop smiling like that. I was falling again.

I cleared my throat. "Yeah, Prof. But isn't it a bit gloomy? Like do you have to make it so obvious that you're a bloodsucker?" I sighed as he led me inside.

Inside was a big bookshelf, and my jaw dropped at the number of books I saw. "There's no way you're reading all of them," I stated my astonishment.

"Sweetheart, what do you call me? Professor right? I spent decades to reach this position. As you can see, I don't have any friends since I'm...a...you know...no one approaches me...I dunno why they do that though. I hide my real identity. Maybe they don't find me handsome enough."

"YOU? NOT HANDSOME ENOUGH? HAHAHAHA! Those people must be blind." I blurted out and suddenly got embarrassed by what I just said. "I-I- mean..." My voice trailed off. "Oh, Frankenstein!" I reached the book on the shelf trying to change the topic and I could almost see his smirk.

"Are you interested in the gothic genre?" I asked. "I mean, we can't expect a vampire to read a fairy tale anyway right?" I laughed at my joke.

"Aren't you afraid of me?" He suddenly spoke, his voice was sensual and dangerous. I closed my eyes for a second just to see his face inches away from mine. I couldn't think of anything at that time.

"You know you're the only person to whom I can't do this mind-reading thing. I told you that I could but I can't right now. And it's really hard to read your mind, which makes it more exciting for me. The more you're unreachable, the more I feel myself being pulled towards you.

"Mary Shelley, one of my favorite female writers. She freaking wrote Frankenstein and The Last Man. Oh and her husband, Percy Bysshe Shelley, is also a writer and an amazing poet. They added so much to the classic lit-"

And then what happened?
He kissed me!
The freaking book fell on the floor as he pushed me against the nearest wall. What the-?

"W-what the heck do you think you are doing right now?" I asked pushing him suddenly.

"Oh, just shutting you up. You talk too much. You have the habit of changing the topic. That's cute." He grinned and pulled back, and I missed his warmth even at that second even though i was the one who pushed him.

"W-what! You freaking kissed me!" I was still in shock.

"So what! Can't I do that? Am I not allowed to do so?" He asked.

"You said you'd help me! Not kiss me..."

"You can't deny that you also wanted me to kiss you. We are something, don't you think so? Even if I can't read your mind, I can sense that you are into me. So why deny while we can be happy?" He asked.

"I don't understand why you're into me. Since the first day I met you, you've been so stubborn about this. Tell me. Why me? Why me among all those people? You even must have some immortal friends like you. Why would you choose a mortal like me? Am I just some temporary fun for you? Don't you know...don't you know that I'll die one day? And my monster..." I scratched my head and sighed. It was getting harder to talk.

And then, he held my hand softly. There were no gloves so I could feel his coldness. When his hands became warmer, he touched my face, his gaze was soft, and understanding.

"Because it's gotta be you. There doesn't have to be a reason. My heart chose you from the first moment I laid my eyes on you. It's you, Somin... It was always you... I really like you." He looked at me sincerely.

"I had many lovers for ages. But all of them left me when they understood that I was a vampire. But you didn't... You're still with me. And you chose to believe me. I really think you also like me. So why don't we give it a try? We won't lose anything. I've been very insistent because I want you...most ardently....I want you for my own, beautiful..." He stroked my jawline with his knuckles.

"Professor....I..." He cut me off. "Sanha. Call me Sanha from now on. Understand that I don't wanna be just a professor in your eyes..." His hot breath was brushing my lips.

I didn't know if I should believe him or not. The reason why he should be with me was not quite convincing but love doesn't know logic, does it? I had no clue what I was doing but I found myself in his arms, making out with him suddenly.

Was this real? Like okay let me say it more clearly: I AM KISSING MY VAMPIRE PROFESSOR. WHAT A FANTASY HAHAHA

As he pressed me up against the wall, my heart started to race, and butterflies fluttered in my stomach. His eyes were burning, and my breathing became shallow as his lips gently brushed against mine, a jolt of electricity dancing across my skin.

My hands trembled as I reached up to touch his face, his skin cold and smooth to the touch. He responded by wrapping his arms around my waist, pulling me closer, and deepening the kiss.

My mind raced as his cool, firm lips moved hungrily against mine. I reciprocated his passion, pressing my body flush against his as my fingers raked through his hair. The world around us faded into the background, and all that existed was the exhilarating heat between us.

Sanha's tongue teased the seam of my parted lips, coaxing them open as his hands slid down to grip my hips, pulling me even tighter against him. A small, involuntary moan escaped my throat, emboldening him to explore my mouth further.

He traced my tongue with his, the sensation sending shivers down my spine. I yielded to him, my body melting against his, as he dominated the kiss. Every touch and taste sent sparks flying through me, and I could feel his own desire, barely contained beneath the surface. His hands roamed over my back and neck, his touch possessive yet tender, his mouth leaving a trail of kisses along my jawline before finding my earlobe and nipping at it gently.

Just as things were reaching a tipping point, a jarring noise shattered our moment of passion. We broke apart, both of us gasping for breath, and looked around disoriented.

Hiseyes widened in realisation, and he muttered a curse under his breath. "Damnit, it's the others."

"Others?" I was panting with worry. He huffed, irritation in his eyes as his grip on my hip tightened momentarily before he reluctantly stepped back, creating a small space between us. "Yes, the others. They probably sensed your blood's smell."

He ran a hand through his hair, attempting to smooth it down where my fingers had mussed it. "Stay here, and don't dare to make any noise." He anxiously ordered and disappeared into the shadows outside. I was literally trembling. First our ardent moment and now hungry vampires? I suddenly realized what kinda danger I was in... Just what the hell was I doing here?

Silence settled over the space. The air was thick with an unnatural stillness, making goosebumps rise on my skin. A faint chill ran down my spine, an instinctive warning that something wasn't quite right. And then, a sudden whisper of movement from somewhere nearby. My heart skipped a beat, pulse quickening as I turned towards the source of the noise. I squinted into the darkness, and a figure started to take shape, a silhouette slowly emerging from the shadows.

"WHO ARE YOU?" I was clutching the strap of my bag tightly and stepping back. Suddenly a woman figure appeared in white clothes. And i heard her uttering some words in desperation. "Please help me."
