Awoken: After being called a Traitor, Izuku was put in Tartarus, where the Warden, a Traitor working for AFO, knowing about the Boy, brought him to AFO, who pities the Boy and let him go into a Mountain as a Sacrifice, as he had heard a Monster lived there. Due to being near a Village that believed in old Tales, AFO checked out and found inside a Giant Stone Tablet

He decided that the Boy should be offered as Sacrifice, so he let the Boy go to the Village and live there for a Month, then make him a Sacrifice so that he won't interfere in Future Plans. This however didn't go as Planned due to the Remains of OFA and the Tablet resonating

Blue Eyes White Dragon: The New Form of the Boy

Kisara: Also known as the Priestress with Eyes of Blue, the only Female that was able to Communicate with the Blue Eyed Dragon. She felt attached to Izuku, due to being the only person besides her to have White Hair and Blue Eyes, when Izuku was Sacrificed, she felt Hurt and lost the only person she cared for

Note: After meeting Izuku and talking with him, she decided that she wants to go and help People, wanting to be a Hero like Izuku used to be, after his Sacrifice, she gained the Power to summon Izuku in his Dragon form for Combat, due to being the only one who can command him
