So.....I've decided to pause this book for a bit.
Why?
I'll tell ya
I believe I have what it takes to be a great writer. I believe it with everything in me. But I'm a baby writer. I started writing stories on my father's CRT PC wayyyyy back in the 2000's between the ages of 8 & 12. Then I transitioned to Wattpad in 2011ish in my mid teens where I wrote just for fun. A cute lil hobby. I had hopes and dreams then, but they were more wouldn't it be nice if I blew up and became famous on Wattpad?
Now, I really want to make something great. Something as amazing as the books I've loved to read. I've been attending quite a few writers workshops and events which have opened my eyes to what the gap for me is. The tricks, tips and techniques I need to learn to unlock the stories inside me.
And I really want to take my time to explore all of these. I want to write The End and truly feel those two words resonate within me. Truly feel like I have drained every last drop of this story out of my body. Like a vibration.
Who knows, I might even be able to answer the dreams of my 15 year old self
Wouldn't it be nice if I blew up and became famous on Wattpad?
Wouldn't it be nice if I blew up and got recognition for my work all over the world? (and profit off it too....bills need to be paid lol)
