You diligently sorted through the paperwork on your desk, ensuring everything was in order before your boss, Shu Kurenai, arrived. As the CEO of the company, he was known for his possessive nature when it came to his business empire.

Just as you finished arranging the files, the door to your office swung open, and Shu walked in with his cold attitude of authority. His sharp eyes scanned the room, and you felt a shiver run down your spine as they settled on you.

"Good morning, Mr. Kurenai," you greeted, keeping your tone respectful as you stood up to address him.

Shu's gaze lingered on you for a moment longer than necessary before he finally spoke. "Good morning, Y/N," he replied, his voice smooth and commanding. "Anything I need to know before we begin the day?"

You quickly told him about the day's agenda, making sure to highlight any important meetings or deadlines. As you spoke, you couldn't shake the feeling of his intense gaze, as if he was constantly assessing your every move.

Throughout the day, Shu seemed to be everywhere, popping into your office unannounced or lingering nearby during meetings. His presence was both intimidating and strangely comforting, a reminder of the power he held within the company.

Despite his demanding nature, you couldn't deny the respect and admiration you felt for Shu. His unwavering dedication to the business and his employees was undeniable, and you found yourself working harder than ever to meet his expectations.

As the day drew to a close, Shu paused by your desk, his expression unreadable. "You've done well today, Y]N," he murmured, his voice softening slightly, a smile appearing on his cold face. "I expect nothing less from my most valued employee."

A rush of warmth flooded through you at his praise, and you couldn't help but smile in response. "Thank you, Mr. Kurenai," you replied, feeling a sense of pride filling inside of you. "I'll continue to do my best for the company."

With a nod of approval, Shu turned to leave, his confident steps echoing through the office. As you watched him go, you couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a determined and possessive businessman.
