Azarea's POV
“What is happening in here?” a majestic voice rang throughout the place.
I didn't even bother to glance to know who it is. I just kept my gaze at the annoying woman who was surprising crying mess in front of me.
The servants around us was kneeling while bawling their eyes out of who knows what reason.
What a two faced bitches! They really expect that just by there mere tears it will move my brother?
“Your majesty, please grant this concubine of your's a justice you majesty.” the woman's annoying voice made Cairo glanced at her then to me.
I just coldly raised my brow at him indicating that I don't have the mood to argue.
My brothers know me to well as much as I knew them. When I was away my brothers always keeping an eye to me to secure my security even if they knew I don't really need those.
My brothers also knew that I was going out and had a servants. I cannot really lie to them thought.
Cairo coldly glanced at his so called concubine. He didn't even bat an eye when he saw her pitiful appearance.
“Throw them out.” Cairo ordered his guards.
Mia looked at Cairo, surprised can be seen in her face. No one really expect that he will side me.
“But your majesty, I didn't do anything. That bitch, she was trying to hurt me your majesty.”
Mia said while pointing her hand at my nose. Her eyes contain resentment and disgust.
“Please your majesty grant our mistress justice.”
“Your majesty our mistress was saying the truth please your majesty.”
The two other servant chant while banging their head on the ground. I can almost see the blood coming out of their head.
I glanced at my brother to know what he will do. This is why I hate ancient times. Hay! So much drama!
“Throw them out.” Cairo sternly ordered his guards. I saw his guards swallowed hard and then quickly grabbed the master and the servant.
Their pleading was the only one who can be heard outside the palace door. I glanced at my brother who was standing their silently.
“Are you okay.” my brother softly asked me gone with his cold facade. I nod at him while still looking at the gate where the concubine left a while ago.
“Don't mind them, let's go inside.”
Cairo start walking inside, I don't know where he was going so I just follow him.We stopped infront of the room where I first enter inside of this palace, the study room or most commonly known as office.
Cairo pushed the giant oak door. When we stepped inside of the office, Chiro was surprisingly here.
“How was your tour?” he stand and slowly walked towards us.
“It's okay” I said to Chiro. He hold hold my gloved hand and he lead me to the leather sofa.
Surprisingly there's a leather sofa in this era. He sit beside me white Cairo sit in front of us.
“Did you deal with her?” Chiro asked Cairo without glancing at him. He was still holding my hand and was massaging it.
“I already did, don't worry.” Cairo said while looking at the papers in his hand which I didn't know where it come from.
