The Lifesaver

chapter 9

Mia's Pov

In the middle of the night at 3 am I wake up and I get out of bed to go look if Danielle and Stefania are asleep and they are but when I want to walk away I hear Danielle "Mimi what is wrong?" I turn around and see that they both are actually awake.

"I had a nightmare" I stand at the door of their bedroom with my Thumper in my arms. Stefania looks at me "Bambina come here" When I hear her say this I climb in the bed between them and I cuddle up in Stefania her arms "Mama" Stefania looks down at me "Yes bambina?" I look up at her "I love you mama" 

Stefania smiles and says "I love you to Bambina" Then i feel Danielle her arm around me "I love you mommy" Danielle smiles "I love you to Mimi now try to sleep" us three fall asleep. In the morning I get woken up by Danielle and Stefania "Bambina come we will go to set soon"

I get up and i get dressed we all go downstairs and eat something before we all leave and go to the car and we hear Stefania say "We will welcome a new cast member he is 13 and his name is Noah" I look up "There will be someone of my age on set?"

Stefania nods at me and I hear Danielle say "Yes and meybe you and Noah will become good friends" I smile and like 10 minutes later we get on set and we are greeted by Barrett and I see Merle and I immediately run to her and jump in her arms.

Barrett smiles and says to Stefania and Danielle "Someone is happy to see Merle" Stefania smiles "She has been calling her auntie Merle as you know and she brought Mia comfort when that fan said those mean things about her so she has enough reasons" Danielle says "But lets get some coffee before the table read" We all walk together to get them coffee.

 we see a guy of my age come to us but he is way taller then me and we hear him say "Hi I just wanted to say hello i'm Noah" We all smile and i hear Stefania say "Nice to meet you Noah I'm Stefania this is Danielle, Barrett, Merle and Mia" 

Merle smiles as she says "Are you ready for your first table read?" Noah smiles "Yea only a little nervous" I smile "That is normal I was also nervous on my first day" I feel Merle her hands on my shoulders and that brings a smile to my face.

And we all then walk to set for the table read and I hold with one hand Merle her hand and with my other hand I hold Danielle her hand. We hear Noah ask me "Wait your parents let you walk around here the whole day?" I look up at him "No my parents are here the whole day with me." He looks confused at me "Danielle and Stefania adopted me they are my parents"

Noah looks confused "Wait you and Stefania are actually a couple?" Danielle smiles "Yes we are" I smile and then we get to set and I see I sit next to Noah and Stefania and I see that Merle sits next to Noah. I smile as I look at Stefania "Mama will you help me with my school work after the table read" Stefania smiles "ofcourse Bambina but I think it's better is we start during lunch because then after the table read you have more time to play and chill and everything else you do when you don't do school work"

i hear Noah say "you have online school? lucky I have to go to school after the table read" I look at him "I always have had online school my real parents found it a waste to bring me to school so they gave me a laptop and I had online school and I still do" I then turn to Danielle "Mommy did you bring my book and my Nintendo?" Danielle nods "I brought everything you asked me to bring."

Noah looks shocked "you have a Nintendo switch?" I nod "When your parents hate you they give you everything to make you leave them" I feel Stefania her arm around me. I lean against her and we just wait till we start with the table read. Noah looks at me "Wait you are how old?"  I look at him "I am eleven and you are thirteen right?" Noah nods and I get an bottle with apple juice of Danielle and I look at her "thank you mommy" 

Danielle gives me a smile and I drink of the apple juice and I hear Merle and Stefania starting to talk and Noah and I talk. A few minutes later when we start the table read I read my lines when i have to talk and Merle and I both also help Noah with when he has to talk.

I enjoy listening to Danielle and Stefania their lines for their scenes and i will have scenes with them as I read. Then I hear Merle say her lines and before we knew it we had our lunch break. 

We all go outside and we go to our usual table Danielle goes get us all lunch Merle gets them coffee and Stefania helps me with my school work and i look at her "Mama can i have my apple juice?" I get my apple juice of Stefania. As we start on my school work I see Noah come and sit next to me "hey what are you doing?" I look up at him "I am doing my school work"

He nods and watches me do my school work and I start with my Italian "è abbastanza facile quando mi aiuti, mamma" I say as I look at Stefania "Con la pratica presto sarai in grado di parlare fluentemente l'italiano, tesoro" I smile as I hear her words and I see Noah look confused "I told her that with her help it's really easy and she said that with a lot of practice I will be able to speak fluent Italian."

I smile as I see Noah look shocked at how fast I make my Italian school work and when i finish my Italian school work I look at Danielle "Mommy can you help me with my math work?" I see her nod as she helps me with my math school work and when we finish with my Math I see we have 15 more minutes left and I start on my English and the project I had to make was pretty easy so I finish my English before the end  of our lunch break.

I give my laptop back to Danielle and we walk back to our seats at the table. I smile as I talk with Stefania on our way back and no one knows what we say because we talk Italian to each other.

A few hours later we are in our trailer and I am doing my Biology and I get help of Stefania with my Biology. Like 30 minutes later I finish with my biology and I have sent everything in and I play some games on my Nintendo and I lay on the couch in Stefania her arms as she sees me play my game on my Nintendo. I smile as I see Danielle and Merle come in with something to eat as we just chill in the trailer and I see Merle sit down in Chiara her arms.

A few hours later we drive home and when we get home I see Danielle order take out and I go upstairs and I go shower and I put on my pajamas after my shower and I come downstairs. I come downstairs with my Thumper plushy in my arms and I let Stefania do my hair as I enjoy it as she braids my hair in two braids. "Thank you Mama"

She nods and smiles "Ofcourse Bambina" I hug her and later when dinner arrives and we eat dinner and they bring me to bed and they go downstairs and Stefania grabs a bottle of wine and they have a little romantic evening before they go to bed.
