Witchcraft // Bang Chan

Chapter 1

"Here is your order, 10 fucking kilo of giant hogweeds" the girl said as she lifted the bag and slammed it onto the counter. "It's called heracleum mantegazzianum" the costumer, an older gnome said as he tried to get the bag back to the ground.

"I still can cut your tongue off, you know that right?" the girl threatened and watched the gnome press his mouth shut. "Be happy that I did that even tho most of them should be dead at this season" she continued and stretched out her arms.

The gnome gave her the payment which she took with a big smile into her side pocket of her jeans before turning to her boss. "Anyone else I need to make life a better place?" she asked in an innocent manner making her boss roll his eyes.

"One left for today, he wanted a purple poison dart frog" the chef, a big foot, said as he looked at his clipboard. The girls smile grew wider "Oh great even a color, killing the customer would be faster right?" she asked nicely.

"Put that attitude down or you will get beheaded, from me" the boss threatened and looked at his employee who only rolled her eyes and went to the exit of the cottage. "Expect me in three days" she said before leaving to her car.

A Jeep Wrangler in black, her biggest pride and most expensive object she owns. She sat herself inside and pulled out her phone to check the time. It was almost midnight and the witch didn't really felt like sleeping, to be earlier done with the order she decided to drive to the next portal shop over the night.

She started her car and drove off to the highway where she drove the whole night through. In the morning as the sun started to appear she stopped at the shop.

Pulling out her bag from the backseat she took the most necessary things she needed. She pulled out the money she got the day before and counted it. Just enough for a portal she left her car and went inside the shop.

In the shop were many doors, mirrors, Tv's, canvases and other things which were different kinds of portals. At the cashregister a lizard man stood, interested at his new customer.

"How can I help?" the lizard asked, licking his so called lips asking himself how such a nice girl decided to enter his broke down shop.

The witch ignored his gaze and looked down to her phone before answering. "I need a portal to the amazon in brazil?" she asked and looked up to the man seeing his eyes checking her up.

"Amazon? sweetie that's a gigantic region, I need a more specific place" the lizard smirked and leaned forward at the counter, the girl only rolled her eyes to the nickname. She looked back down into her phone and searched for a place.

"Boa Vista" she said and looked back up with a stern face, the lizard nodded and turned around. He took his clipboard and turned back to the girl to look after the place in front of her. After flipping through his papers his smile grew wider as he found the place.

"Boa Vista in brazil, right here it is" he said and showed the girl the price for the portal, she looked at it for a while before taking a deep breath and close her eyes shortly.

"You know I could make the price lower, obviously if you make a favor for me" the lizard said as he licked one of his eyes wet again. The girl looked up to him before pulling out a knife and stab the table only an inch away from his arm.

With a jolt the lizard jumped back watching the hand still hold the knife firmly "You know favors like killing someone is not really mine, so I'll just stay with the current price" she grinned and pulled out the knife again.

She looked at the clipboard reading which portal in the shop it is before pulling out the cash and throw it on the counter. Grabbing vastly the return drops she went with fast steps to the portal which was a middle big mirror and went straight through it as it opened the moment the money was on the counter.
