With a tender touch, Draco ran his fingers through Marvolo's hair, soothing away the remnants of his alpha's tears. He pressed a gentle kiss to the top of Marvolo's head, his lips lingering against the soft strands of hair as he whispered words of love and reassurance.

As the days passed, Marvolo found himself unable to tear his gaze away from Draco's stomach which would soon swell to accommodate their baby. Draco couldn't help but notice the lingering glances that Marvolo cast in his direction, his heart swelling with affection at the sight of his alpha's adoration. He caught Marvolo staring at his stomach when he thought Draco wasn't looking, and he couldn't help but find it incredibly adorable.

But as the time for Marvolo's departure drew near once again, a sense of unease settled over him. His inner demon refused to let him rest until he was certain that Draco would be safe and secure in his absence.

In anticipation of his departure, Marvolo had taken precautions to ensure Draco's well-being in his absence. He had written letters to Harry, Blaise, and Theo, who were currently in Bulgaria, requesting their presence to keep Draco company.

In the dimly lit confines of his study, Marvolo sat at his desk, the weight of responsibility heavy on his shoulders as he contemplated the safety of his beloved omega.

Marvolo summoned Rudolphus and Rabastian Lestrange to his study with a sense of determination burning within him. The brothers entered with a respectful bow, their expressions a mix of curiosity and apprehension as they awaited their master's command.

"Rudolphus, Rabastian," Marvolo began, his voice firm and authoritative. "I have a task of utmost importance for you both."

The Lestrange brothers exchanged a glance, a silent communication passing between them as they waited for Marvolo to continue.

"I am entrusting you with the protection of Draco," Marvolo said, his gaze piercing as he locked eyes with each of them in turn. "He will be alone in my absence, and I need to know that he is safe and secure at all times. He is ......with my child."

Rudolphus and Rabastians eyes widened comically but they nodded in understanding.

"You are to accompany Draco wherever he goes, ensuring his safety and guarding him against any potential threats," Marvolo continued, his voice unwavering in its resolve. "I trust that you will carry out this task with the utmost diligence and discretion."
