Chapter Twenty-One, Arrival of an Obnoxious Girl

On a crisp morning of September 25th 2019, Margot awoke with a smile on her lips as she felt a kiss placed on her fourth month pregnancy bump and heard Jasper whispering sweet nothings to their new cub.
"Good morning." Margot sighed sleepily, a content smile upon her lips.
"Good morning Darlin'." Jasper greeted, a beaming smile upon his lips as he leaned up to greet his mate with a loving tender kiss. "Not long until we meet our newest cub. Jayden is so excited." He added, bestowing another kiss to her lips.

"That he is. Especially as our newest cub will be here on the 14th of February." Margot agreed. "I'm glad, I would've hated for him to feel pushed aside no matter how natural Mum says it would've been as he's had me all to myself, I would've hated it. Much like how I hated the morning sickness I h ad with Jay and this baby. So glad it's over."

"Our own Valentine's Day baby." Jasper laughed. "I know you would've darlin.' Paul and I would have hated it and be upset over it as well. The last thing any of us want is for Jay to feel like that, but I promise you, baby, that he doesn't. In fact, he keeps asking me when the baby will come." Both of them had a laugh over that, smiling happily over the thought pf their precious little boy before Jasper became serious once more.

"And we hated seeing you so sick and not able to do anything really to help." Jasper added, a frown creasing his forehead at just the thought of the last three months, but thankfully she is now in her second trimester with everything going well so far. Much like Margot had predicted Edward went to attack her claiming she had been unfaithful to Jasper and didn't deserve to be mates with him and part of the Cullen family. Emmett had intercepted him, throwing him through one of the glass walls and out into the back garden.

A fight broke out between Edward, Emmett, Jasper and Paul. The latter trio didn't appreciate the slander he wrought on Margot nor that he had gone to attack her, it only stopped when Carlisle got between them when Edward was about to lose his head by Jasper and Paul as Emmett held his arms behind his back pulling at them causing cracks to appear cascading down his arms with little effort; nobody really realised how strong Emmett truly was until that moment. After the fight Carlisle set Edward straight and laid some ground rules and since then Edward has been a moody petulant bastard (more than usual) and kept to himself.

"Hey." Jasper called, pulling Margot out of her thoughts. "Where'd you go? Is everything alright?" he asked concerned.
"Everything's perfect." Margot smiled, pecking his lips. "I was just thinking of the day where we told everyone and you, Emmett and Paul attacked Edward after he went to attack me. I'm just glad everyone else was so happy for us and believed me. Although, I still feel bad for Rosalie and Esme."
"Well, he had it coming." Jasper said with an unrepentant shrug. "He shouldn't have attacked you or said those things about you, darlin.' I know what you mean though, about Rose and Esme, but I think, and they would agree that you, Jayden and this baby are helping them heal."

"They are very dedicated auntie and grandma to Jay." Margot smiled agreeing with Jasper.
"And to you." Jasper added insistently. That only brought a smile to her face which only widened when she heard her son calling for her. "Little wolf is awake." Jasper smiled. "You get ready for work; darlin' and I'll get him ready so you can have cuddles before you and Paul have to leave."
"You're just eager for your Daddy-Son date." Margot teased as she climbed out of bed.
"That too." Jasper laughed, smiling as he heard Margot laugh from their bathroom.
"Daddy!" Jayden called.
"Comin' little wolf!" Jasper called with a laugh. He loved his life.

Margot was left reeling at the obnoxious behaviour coming from Charlie's daughter, Isabella who was complaining to Jessica Stanely and Lauren Mallory (the rudest girl she has had the displeasure to ever meet and the daughter of the barrister who defended HIM) at a lunch table, about how her father (she even had the audacity to call Charlie by his given name) had Margot decorate her room and it was disgusting with neutral colour scheme the only colour being her purple bedding and a ridiculous hanging chair.

Unfortunately, Margot had joined the lunch line to get a salad, some fruit, and a water (having forgot her own lunch at home) at that moment and could hear them – and she didn't need her wolf hearing to hear them as they spoke loud enough it was unmissable.
"Oh Bella, I'm so sorry." The two supposed IT girls commiserated with her.
"She always seemed like she had better taste. I mean look at the way she dresses." Jessica sighed, shaking her head in disappointment.
"I'm not surprised." Lauren scoffed, rolling her eyes. "She did have a child from her supposed rapist, dating Jasper Hale who only graduated last December and is now four months pregnant with his baby. Is that even legal?"

"What seriously?" Bella asked in disgust. "That's disgusting! I'll talk to Charlie about it later."
"I actually think it was really nice that she did that for you Bella." Angela, sweet Angela, interrupted whatever the trio were going to say next. "She didn't have to do that, she could have told your father no and yet she did that for you on her day off, so I really think you should be grateful instead of being ungrateful and slagging her off. And for your information, it is in fact legal as he was one not a student, and two they are the same age." She shook her head at them and got up ignoring them as she left, only pausing to apologise to Margot on her way out of the cafeteria.

"Who are they?" Margot heard Bella asked nodding towards where Alice and Edward just entered the cafeteria. Emmett and Rosalie had graduated in June. Rosalie actually worked at the same garage as Paul and Emmett worked at the logging mill, neither of them wanted to repeat college or university after all of the times they have already repeated it.

"Just great." Margot sighed. "Just great." She swiped her work pass and paid for her lunch before leaving the cafeteria, fully intending to have her lunch in the classroom with Eva but the looks passed between Edward and Isabella left her feeling unsettled. She shared a look with Alice as she left; both of them knew this was only the beginning and nothing would ever be the same again. Whipping out her phone she called Sam, they needed to have a pack meeting tonight with Jasper, Alice, Claire, Rose and Emmett present while Esme and Carlisle spoke to Edward, as something was waiting in the wings if those looks were anything to go by; they needed to stop it now!

Author's note: DO NOT ask me to update in any way shape or form. There are other ways of telling me what you thought of this.

Before anyone starts I'm making Bella come earlier into the story for the purpose of my storyline. So instead of March she will be coming halfway into September just after her birthday so Margot is four months pregnant and due in February 2020. I've corrected my mistake in the previous chapter.
