Hunter

Scrolling through my social media I was checking out Ari's profile much like stalking her as I waited for her arrival in my meeting room.

"Sir they're here." One of my men said, making my head snap up to look through the glass wall that surrounded the room to see a gorgeous woman walking down the hallways wearing a beautiful white dress that hugged her body perfectly showing off each and every curves and dips. For a moment I couldn't wear my eyes off of her, the way her hips swung along with her beautiful purple hair and her heels clicking on the floor with that walk screaming confidence as she made her way closer and closer to me, well not exactly to me.

I adjusted my glasses and cleared my throat softly going back to scrolling through my phone as if I wasn't checking her out moments ago.

I can hear her getting closer and closer to the room her unique scent with the flavor of something sweet as delicious chocolates and something spicy as pepper wafting the surrounding slowly like she owns it.

I finally looked up through my glasses as she was standing across me and gestured her to sit.

"So what do I owe this honor for, MS squirrel?" I asked making a sarcastic remark and looking at her with a smirk on my face acting as if I didn't knew what and why?

Oh god those beautiful brown eyes burning with fire and glaring at me as if wanting to burn me in them. I kept staring at her quietly with equal intensity and slowly a smile creeped up on my lips imagining her under me that night and how her nails dug into the skin while I railed her all night. How beautiful she looked squirming under me, that face and body flushed against mine covered in sweat moaning and screaming my name with pain and pleasure.

Good old days. I sighed internally thinking how good that night was and how she sneaked out on me next day stealing documents related to my project like a squirrel.

Brat

"Hunter stop it." She said finally breaking the silence that was stretching out for quite long with her stern and cold voice.

I said nothing looking into her eyes blazing with anger but still managing her calm composure . I know how to get under her skin so I said nothing remaining calm and leaned back on my chair passing her a smug smirk.

Once again the previous tension was building up making everyone present in that room quite uncomfortable and alerted as silence filled the place.

My smirk widens as I observes her serious expression, finding amusement in her attempts to maintain control over the situation. I leaned forward, elbows resting on the table, my eyes never leaving hers.

"Hunter I've been staying out of your business for quite a long time so it's better you do that as well." She said finally breaking the silence her voice low and dead serious.

I chuckled lowly, shaking my head in disbelief and folding my arms across my chest as I leaned back in my chair and gazing up at the ceiling. Despite her dead serious tone, I couldn't help but not get intimidated by her.

I kept staring at her not saying anything.

"That wasn't supposed to be a joke." She said her voice cold and serious.

Looks like I am getting under her skin.

I raised an eyebrow, a smirk playing on my lips, as I was finding pleasure in her seriousness. I stood up, stretching my arms behind my head, causing the buttons of my shirt to strain against my chest.

She shook her head maybe finally giving up and got up from the chair and started walking out of the meeting room.

I watched her leave with a chuckle. The sound echoing through the once tensed room. I remained standing following her retreating figure along with her men beside her. With a confident smirk playing on my lips, I made my way towards the door.
