Y/N POV:
I was walking inside from training when I felt someone jump on to my back I turned around and saw sam.
"Jesus Christ Sam you scared the life out of me!" I said.
"sorrryyyy." she said cheekily.
I'd always loved Sam like a lot but I was sure she'd never like me and Emma hates says that player-to-player relationships are 'inappropriate' anyways, I don't agree with that but she's my manager so I'll just have to deal with it.
Sam jumped off of my back and was walking next to me.
"what you thinking about." She said.
"nothing don't worry." I replied giving her a little smile.
All of the girls were inside the changing rooms getting ready to go home.
I was getting changed and I'd just taken my training top off I could feel someone's eyes piercing into my skin near where my abs were I looked over in the direction and it was Sam I just smirked at her.
A couple of minutes later most people were still getting dressed and Sam came over to me as she could see I was done.
"wait for me okay, I want to talk to you." Sam told me.
"Okay." Is the only thing I could get out.
Some of the girls were leaving already.
"BYEEE Y/NNNN." Guro shouted.
"BYE G." I shouted back at her.
Sam was laughing at us.
sooner or later Sam was finished changing and I went over to her.
"you ready?" she asked me.
"yeah I am." I replied back.
we said our goodbyes to the girls and walked out to Sam's car.
I awkwardly stood outside not knowing what she wanted me to do.
Sam rolled down the window.
"you gonna get in or what?" she asked.
"yeah sorry." I said opening the door of her white car.
"no need to be sorry." She told me with her signature smile.
"Um so what did you wanna talk about?" I asked Sam.
"So, this has been in my head like all day and I just need to tell you already so..... y/n I think you're like the most gorgeous person ever and I can't keep my eyes off of you and I just want to say I really love you." Sam admitted to me.
I was silent for a minute not realising what I'd just heard.
"look, it's okay if you don't feel the same I just needed to tell you." Sam said in a sad tone.
"no, no, I like you like a lot and I've liked you for ages I just never thought you liked me back." I said back to her.
"thank god I got really worried for a second." Sam replied.
"Wait but what about Emma she won't let us be together will she?" I asked.
"rules are made to be broken and if we both love eachother she can't stop that and she doesn't have to know anyway." Sam said.
"yeah, I really do like you Sam." I said to her admiring her.
"I like you to y/n, a lot." Sam said doing the exact same thing as I did to her.
"do you want to come back to mine, we should probably get out of here before Emma sees us and has a go at us." Sam offers.
"yeah sure." I reply with a smile.
Sam started driving off just in time because just as we got to the gates Emma hated had come out of the building making her way to her own car.
we got back to Sam's house pretty quickly.
"wow this is gorgeous Sam." I told her.
"just like you." She said back to me.
I was blushing like crazy.
"Ooo someone's blushing." Sam teased.
"go away Sammy." I said.
"Nicknames already I see." Sam teased again.
"stopppp!" I said shoving her lightly.
"okay, okay fine." Sam said.
we got inside of her house and it was as beautiful as the outside.
"what do you want to do?" Sam asked.
"can we watch a movie pleaseee." I beg.
"yea okay just not horror." Sam said.
"aww is someone scared." I teased her like she teased me earlier.
"No I just don't like horror movies." Sam said not admitting that she was scared.
"If you say so." I replied laughing to myself.
we ended up watching moana and we were sitting in the sofa with snack and blankets.
after around 30 minutes into the movie Sam laid her head on my shoulder and was fast asleep.
she looked so peaceful and so perfect.
