Before we get this story started, I should tell you more about our alliance.
So, a long time ago. This dude, Elijah "Eli" Clarke started this alliance because the city he moved to has a really large crime rate and it's highly populated. He decided to go back to his home country (full of people with special abilities or "super powers") to gather up people who are good leaders, humble, strong willed, and sharp minded, (I'd also add kindhearted but...there's no need to lie). People who also have self-control (over their selves and their powers), self-confidence (in them and their powers), and are completely finished with whatever training courses they had to suffer err I mean...take in order to truly master their powers.
He gathered people like that in order to form an alliance that would assure the safety of the citizens of this dangerous, godforsaken city.
The search took about a month and a half.
He'd finally found three people who were able and willing to join.
