The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part (Genderend Insert)

Get Back Up Again

The red dot beeps normally as the camera pans close up to it. The scene then changes to space as a small spaceship is now in the Systar System. Emily is at the controls as she tries to look at the map while driving.

Emily: "Ok, I've made a turn here. But then I have to make a right here? No, wait, I think it's left?"

She felt a jerk around the ship as she stumbled forward a bit. Emily stands back up and sees that the fuel on the ship is empty.

Emily: "Oh man, the fuel is empty. Looks I need to refuel it."

She grabs a tank and looks over to see two separate portholes in the wall.

Emily: "Uhhhh, *moves her finger back and forth* eenie, meenie, miney, mo, catch a brick by the sides. If it clanks, let it fit, eenie, meenie, miney, mo. My gut tells me that to right one is you!"

She opens the left side one and was about to put the tube in before she heard a clank sound offscreen. Emily turns her head to look around but sees nothing. Another clank was heard again before Emily grabs a small pipe and walks towards the sound.

Emily: "Hello...? Is someone, there?"

Footsteps run past behind her, making Emily turn to the sound. More footsteps were heard in each direction as Emily gets freaked out by this.

Emily: "Eep! Ok who ever is here, please come out of the darkness so that I can see you. If you want to that is I was just..."

She turns behind her and sees yellow eyes staring at her in the darkness.

Emily: "*screams and backs away* Ok, but please don't hurt me! I'm just trying to get through the Systar System to save Lucy and my friends!"

Emily covers her face in reflex before a snout peaks from the shadows to sniff at her. It lets out a soft growl before placing its snot against Emily's hand to get her attention. Emily peaks from her eyes and sees a familiar raptor from Rex's spaceship.

Emily: "Huh? Oh, it's just you. How did you...?"

More shuffling was heard behind Blue before it reveals three more raptors appeared behind Blue.

Emily: "Oh! There's more of you. *sees one of the raptors walking over to the console* Hey uh buddy? What are you-?"

The green raptor presses a few buttons before the map shows a certain location in the Systar System. The other two raptors help Emily up and motion her to the screen. They press a few buttons before the pod jolts and flies off to a planet. The pod lands into a forest area before the hatch doors open and Emily peaks out along with the four raptors.

Emily: "Ok, so the plan is simple. I make my way through the forest, find the next entrance to the next planet, get to the palace before it's too late. Sounds easy enough... right?"

Emily gulped a bit before she slowly walked out of the pod as the four raptors followed her from behind. Blue walks up next to Emily and roared a bit to get her attention.

Emily: "Hmm? What is it buddy?"

Blue chirps as she points at a pathway with uncertainty on her face. Emily thinks for a moment before she realizes what the raptor was saying.

Emily: "Of course I still want to do this, it was my fault that my friends and sister were captured. You just have to have a little hope and faith that I'll make it far."

She takes a few steps forward before she starts singing.

Emily: ♫I really hope I can do it, 'cause they're all depending on me. I know that I must leave the only home I've ever known, and brave the dangers of the forest, saving them before Auntmageddon... I mean, how hard can that be?♫

She felt something shift underneath her feet and the ledge broke, forcing Emily to fall down. She grabs onto a nearby branch and stumbles a bit once she lands. The other raptors catches up with her as Emily continues to sing.

Emily: ♫Looking up at a sunny sky so shiny and blue and there's a butterfly Well, isn't that a super fantastic sign?♫

It gets eaten by a beast before with was swallowed by a smaller beast next to it. It was swarmed by nearby bugs and then was burned fast by a nearby plant, who then stared at the group hungrily.

Emily: ♫*shuffles to the side* It's gonna be a fantastic day...♫

The five run off before the scene cuts to them continuing their journey while Emily sings.

Emily: ♫Such marvelousness it's gonna bring, Got a pocket full of songs that I'm gonna sing, And I'm ready to take on anything. Hooray! Some super fun surprise around each corner, Just riding on a rainbow I'm gonna be okay Hey! I'm not giving up today There's nothing getting in my way And if you knock, knock me over I will get back up again Oh! If something goes a little wrong. Well, you can go ahead and bring it on. 'Cause if you knock, knock me over I will get back up again! Whoa, oh oh oh oh oh, get back up again. Whoa, oh oh oh oh oh,♫ "oh, aah!"

The scene cuts to various parts of the path as Emily and the raptors continue their journey. Emily suffers more injuries from each one as the raptors save/help her from each one.

Emily: ♫I'm marching along *sweating* I've got confidence, *shivering* I'm cooler than a pack of peppermints. *swimming* And I haven't been *crawling* this excited Since, *shouting* I can't remember when! I'm off on this remarkable adventure, Just riding on a rainbow! But what if it's all a big mistake? What if it's more than I can take? No, I can't think that way, 'Cause I know that I'm really, really, really gonna be okay!♫

Emily then falls into a hole that reveals to be a monsters mouth as the raptors roar in worry. She falls down and sees a green pit that has a creepy face on it before Emily gets an idea.

Emily: ♫Hey! I'm not giving up today There's nothing getting in my way And if you knock, knock me over I will get back up again! If something goes a little wrong well, you can go ahead and bring it on!♫

She escaped the mouth and lands on a nearby bush and grabs a berry before she eats it. The raptors catch up with her just as Emily's body was getting blue spots all over and her body turned round.

Emily: ♫ 'Cause if you knock, knock me over I will get back up again.Whoa, oh oh oh oh oh, get back up again. Whoa, oh oh oh oh oh, oh♫

Emily rolls over a couple hills before she falls through a few spider webs. The raptors chirped in a panic as they take a different path to the bottom where Emily lands.

Emily: "*straining* I'm ok!" ♫Whoa, oh oh oh oh oh, oh oh. And if you knock, knock me over you knock, knock me over I will get back up again♫

Emily then passes out from the injuries she got as she's now trapped in a webs cocoon.
