Krakoa's Solomon - New Age of X

Chapter 4

AN: We are back and yes, the new ep of Helluva Boss got me into the exciting mood for this story to work on. And yes, both Stolas & Felicia's breakup is going to mirror the Stolas & Blitz we saw in the new ep with other things that would be mentioned when that chapter comes up. Here's a filter chapter and I hope you all enjoy it. 

"They are doing it?" Stolas asked, being very excited and worried all combined. 

"Yes," Raven replied as she was using a different appearance and heading to the place where a special event was taking place. 

"Oh by the gods and miracles beyond! I need to get my book!" Stolas shouted, rushing into his quarters to get a special book for blessing and summoning a full moon to bless a pair on their wedding days. 

Raven blinked a few times and shook her head in amazement with a small smirk but would admit she was worried. It had been a week or two since their nightly fun and the pair had spent more time together but sudden news had got to their ears. It seems their adopted daughter - Rogue was getting married today! It was amazing news and surprised them to where Stolas was rushing to get that special book, finding it at least. 

"Yes! My special grimoire for summoning that special moon for Rogue and Spider-Bite," Stolas smirked, dusting that book off and turning the pages to find what he was looking for. 

"Mhmm-hmm, still surprised at how they are doing a wedding after one failed," Raven remarked. 

"Why waste the wedding and everything is there? That spider hybrid had been so good with Rogue ever since the events that Baston had done to Genosha & Wanda to rebuild the mutant nation," Stolas said, recalling how that spider helped his adopted daughter throw that hard time and mourning. 

Spider-Bite, Zestial turns out to be a hybrid mutant clone of Spiderman and Gambit, created by Jackal and Sinister to attack the X-Men as part of Baston's plan. That failed and thanks to a few telepaths, they got Spider-Bite's memories back in order & no brainwashing programs. It was hard for Zestial to not be drawn to the southern beauty and she was drawn to that Cajun Spider she loved to call him. Some ups and downs of course but the pair got closer in time and now...now were getting married at a great time. 

"I am still surprised you are allowing Zestial to marry our daughter," Raven said, looking at her lover and curious about him to allow their adopted daughter to finally get married due to, well their overprotective self. 

"Well, I would admit that I would like for more time but...I can't keep Rogue protected forever, it would push her away from us. I don't want that. And Zestial has proven to be very loyal to protect Rogue with everything down to her heart, even comforting her when...well you," Stolas admitted, rubbing his arms to comfort himself and not be reminded of his death in any way but see the positive of what could happen for Rogue. 

Granted, if Kurt got married, that's no worried on that as Stolas and Raven know he would do fine. With Octavia, well Stolas is still protective and even more when hearing that his daughter was friends with two heroes to serval more. But anyway, moving on. 

"I understand...a bit too fast for you," Raven stated as she held her lover's hands in her own for comfort and Stolas had joined her at the table to sit. 

"Yes, it has. A lot has happened since the Phoenix Five events and so on to Krakoa's rise up. I do plan to talk with the council after a few days and handle a few other things," Stolas said. 

"Agree, best to not ignore my council membership," Raven agreed as she had been taking a few days off and needed to make sure her position on the Quiet Council won't be taken. 

"Indeed...though I don't see anyone replacing my Goddess of the Night~," Stolas flirted with a smirk. 

"Perhaps but save that for nightly actives my owl~," Raven flirted back with a smirk and shared a small kiss with her lover. 

"Of course," Stolas agreed before the pair got the last of their things for their trip to the mansion for the wedding. 

Raven didn't speak of this but planned on meeting the Queenpin rising - Felicia Hardy aka Black Cat. The cat that Stolas sings about and knows of the breakup that happened between the pair. Also, the shapeshifter had heard that the cat was captured by Spiderman (Superior events) after he punched her in the face and she began this dark turn of late to become the new crime boss for her revenge of sorts. She had been there before and frowned on that. 

"I am going to deal with that cat for my next visit to New York. I have to know how big the breakup was before meeting Felicia. I think Miss Frost can help with the setup on this one," Raven thought, admitting that the White Queen could help piece together the great mystery of late. 

The break up between Stolas and Felicia Hardy - Black Cat? This should be interesting and we shall see how this goes down.
