Aira sighed but didn't say anything which then caused the boy to sigh. He didn't turn the lights on, noticing something affecting her with them, so he struggled to see her face but being a demon helped him a bit.
"Baby you can talk to me you know? I won't say anything if that's what you want" She nodded and pulled herself closer to him, feeling cold and he figured that out so he turned his body to her and pulled her even closer and placed his head on top of hers, his body radiating heat once he controlled his demon side to do so.
"I don't know why this happens. I can't focus. It's too loud. It's too bright" Haechan listened to her, not interrupting as promised. She told him everything, how she felt, what happens and most importantly, how she's feeling.
Once she's done, she sighs in relief and places her head on the boys chest, feeling his chest go up and down yet not hearing a heartbeat.
"How come you don't have a heartbeat?" Haechan chuckles at her question and starts playing with her hair.
"I'm dead Byeol. Every creature from hell is dead" The girl looks up to him but he pushes her head back down again, not liking the feeling of not having her on his chest.
"You know I'm here for you? If you feel like that again just come to me. No matter what I'm doing I'll help you" "Thank you" Aira managed to get out before she fell asleep, her eyes closing and her breaths becoming quieter.
Haechan looks at her and smiles to himself before pulling the covers over them both without waking her up. His hand eventually stopped playing with her hair and falls onto her waist instead. His eyes closed and he fell asleep with the girl.
They both slept peacefully for the first time in a long time.
After a few hours, Haechan woke up and tried to stand up but couldn't. When he looked down he saw the girl clinging onto him, still asleep. He smiled and layed himself down again, using his arms that were still wrapped around her to pull the girl closer seen as she had moved away from him whilst they were sleeping.
"Byeol wake up. We need to eat" All he got in response was a groan from the girl. "If you don't get up I'll get Jaemin in here" Aira shot up which caused Haechan to laugh. "Ew I have hair in my mouth"
The boy rolled his eyes before moving her hair out of her face and pulling her out of bed.
"Do you want food or not?" Haechan rolled his eyes again and Aira groaned, dragging her feet across the floor.
"Aira your feet are going to get cold" He called after the girl but she ignored him and continued dragging herself towards the kitchen.
The girl stood behind Chenle and Jaemin who didn't even notice she'd entered the kitchen. Chenle turned around and his hand went flying towards his chest.
"Fucking hell Aira you almost gave me a heart attack. You literal zombie" "Haechan said you don't have hearts" The younger replied and Chenle smacked his lips closed, not knowing what else to say.
"Aira are you okay?" She gave a reassuring nod to Jaemin and dragged her body towards the chairs, Haechan walking into the room as she moved.
The boy groaned and smacked her on the back of the head before getting a glass out of the cupboard. "Haechan don't be rude"
"She deserved it" Jaemin gave him a glare and he sighed. "Do you want a drink?" "That's not what I meant"
"It's fine Jaemin. I deserved it. Can I have coffee?" Jaemin was about to respond to the girl but haechan beat him to it. "I was joking you didn't deserve it Byeol. I'm sorry"
He turned around to look at her then turned back around to get a mug from the cupboard above him. "Normal coffee or Jaemins coffee?" Aira tilted her head in confusion but watched as Chenle pushed Haechan out the way to make her the coffee she wanted.
"She has Jaemins coffee but has like 10 spoons of sugar with it and half the time she actually has milk" Jaemin smiles at the girl and leans againt the counter infront of her. "Ignore them it happens all the time"
"What do vampires do?" Her question caught him off guard but he walks round the counter and sits next to her, placing his mug down infront of him. "What do you want to know?" She shrugged and Jaemin inhaled deeply.
"Well a vampire has vangs which we use to bite into skin and suck blood out of humans or animals. We can go a week without blood before needing it but the more we have it the healthier we are. We do everthing a human does we just don't have a heartbeat. We have a heart it just doesn't work I guess. The only way we can be killed is by getting stabbed with a wodden stake in our heart or having our heads snapped off. We can go in sunlight and we're not allergic to garlic like humans say we are. We can read minds if we want to" Jaemin pauses, not knowing if he wanted to continue but the looks on Chenle and Haechans faces told him he should.
"I said that we bite to suck blood out of humans but there's another reason we can bite someone. We're cold hearted because hellish creatures are not meant to fall inlove. If we fall inlove then we have a desire to protect that person and never let them go. We get over-protected or possessive. If we bite the person we love then we become bonded. But when we bond with someone we get a wave of lust which makes us-wait Haechan what the fuck are you imagining?!"
The said boy slams the coffee onto the table infront of the girl and walks towards his room to avoid the questioning, completely avoiding Aira's eyes.

I'm so sorry for how long this took. I've been really busy lately and I'm going to be busy for a few weeks as well😭
