Chapter 1

Well this is super awkward thought Harry as he sat on a large log staring at the campfire. This camping trip was supposed to be fun. One last hurrah before he and his friends had to go back to that torture chamber called high school. But instead of having fun everybody was just getting on his nerves.

First there was Liam. Whom he'd only invited on the trip because his dad forced him into it. Seeing asHarry's dad was marrying Liam's mom he thought it would be a great way for them to bond as "brothers", as if. Then there was Gigi who had basically spent the whole trip on her phone texting Justin her boyfriend. Only to get moody and bitchy when he didn't respond. Louis had spent the whole trip just being awkward and silent and Kylie had spent the whole trip drinking and making out with anyone close enough for her to grope.

He was seriously considering filing sexual harassment charges against her. Sure they'd hooked up a couple times and it's not like she wasn't attractive. It's just, well she seemed like the kind of girl that has been kissed a lot. For lack of a better term.

Now he was just annoyed and pissed off sipping his beer out of a plastic red cup ready to call it quits and just go to sleep.

"So I think I'm just gonna hit the ... What the hell is that?" Looking up a red light flashed through the night sky descending rapidly in their direction.

"I think it's just a meteor" said Louis looking up as it came closer and closer.

Finally looking up from her phone Gigi looked up and the bright red light reflected off her Clear blue eyes. "Guys is it me or is that thing coming in towards?"

The cup slipped from Kylie's hand and the ground seemed to shake. What the hell was going on. Their cups fell off the picnic table and the fire went off in a sudden blow of cold wind sending sparks in every direction. Everyone flinched as the giant red light got closer and closer passing above them and slamming down with a loud thud somewhere in the woods.

Looking up from where he'd suddenly ducked harry looked around glad to see that he wasn't the only one who looked a little freaked. Did that really just happen?

"That's impossible the atmosphere should have disintegrated it before impact" said Louis always the know it all.

"Well obviously it didn't" chimed Liam stating the obvious. Rushing towards his back pack in his tent harry ruffled through his things until he pulled out his flashlight.

"Harry what are you doing" asked Kylie.

"I'm going to go look for it?"

"Harry what if it's like radioactive or something lets just call someone" said Gigi.

"Okay well who are we gonna call I don't exactly have Nasa's phone on speedial do you?"

Harry couldn't understand what was wrong with them. This was quiet possibly the most boring trip ever. Finally something exciting happens and they just wanna ignore it. He could feel the sense of adventure in his phone itching to go and look for that thing. Whatever it may be.

"Look if you guys wanna be boring then don't come with me I'm gonna go by myself."

"I'll go chimed"Louis. Great someone who actually had balls.

"I'll go too" said Liam.

"I'm up for it" said Kylie.

"Fuck, I'm in" said Gigi. She wasn't gonna stay here all alone with all the guys off somewhere looking for space rocks.

"Great, let's go!"

Harry lead the way through the dark Forrest. His stupid flashlight died on him in the first five minutes and helper tripping and bumping into trees as his eyes adjusted. Cheap ass batteries.

"Are you sure we're going the right way" complained Kylie for like the hundredth time. No one bothered to responded as they trudged through vines and rocks.

Harry lifted his arms trying to shield himself as a bright red light flashed in his direction. Making his way forward squinting his eyes he made his was through a clearing in the woods with the rest of them behind him.

"So what the hell is it" said Liam standing next to harry as the red light got bright and bright.

"Let's find out." Stepping forward they made their way towards the crater. Looking in he saw red orb floating inches above the ground."

"What the hell is that" asked Gigi looking confused. She never heard of a meteor doing something like that that.

"Come on guys lets just call someone. This is way too freaky" said louis biting his lower lip like he always did every time he got nervous.

"Wait let's just see-"

"Harry don't touch it" but it was too late he reached down to grab it and the moment it touched his hands her heard a loud snapping sound and felt an instant pain in his arm. Looking down he screamed as if someone was searing him with fire. He could hear his friends were doing the same. An infinity symbol appeared on his left arm out of nowhere bright and red.

Looking down at his other hand the orb was gone replaced by a small red teardrop shaped pendent. Looking up he found everyone else suddenly holding one too. Kylie's was blue, Liam's green, Gigi's, was pink,and Louis' was aqua. Where the hell has they come from? Suddenly acting on their own the pendant shown bright engulfing them in a beautiful shower of multicolored light. Stars seemed to danced around them and their infinity marks shown bright. Then everything went black.
