He feels pretty good he doesn't have to share a room or bed with Sam
But when he tries to sleep he can't
He feels like he is missing something
He misses Sam
Misses sharing a room with him
Misses the late night conversations between them
Misses him
His voice
His smile, a loving one
He starts to question himself "Why do you miss Sam?" "I think I love him" "I AM gay" "Am I falling for my best friend?"
He texts him
Sam doesn't respond
"I miss you, Sam" Is what he texted
"Why would you text him that?" "He probably hates you now" The voice in Colby's head says
Sam looks at the text and smiles, he has always smiled at Colby's texts
But, he doesn't know how to respond
Sam has had a crush on Colby for 4 years now
Sam can't go to sleep knowing that Colby "misses" him
He texts back "Do you want me to came in your room with yo-"
He deletes the text, not responding
Colby can't sleep
Sam knows Colby is gay
He has been acting differently around him, he smiles at him, a loving smile. Sam loves that smile, a lot
Sam gets up and knocks on Colby's door
Colby opens it and Sam walks in
"Look Sam I'm sor-" Sam cuts him off by kissing him
Colby immediately kisses back
"Can I stay in here tonight?" Sam askes
"Of course" Colby answers
Sam jumps in to Colby's bed and Colby does the same
Sam cuddles up next to Colby
Sam falls asleep in Colby's arms
"He missed me in a hotel room." Sam's quote.....For now....
