''Izuku gaining a Quirk that acts like The Hito Hito no Mi, with it awakening like Luffy's. Also, having all animal Quirks awaken like Lucci, with them gaining more animal traits and the Cloud Ring and hair''

Sorry, I feel like if Izuku suddenly gained the powers of Luffy, he wouldn't be Luffy, you know? He wouldn't have the mindset or the dumbness, or even the point of the power itself. The user is supposed to bring a smile to people while fighting, not hide their fear by smiling. Also, Izuku's story itself is unique, and I don't want to ruin that. Plus, it would be so fun to see his perspective of Luffy in this storyline.

Heads up, Luffy will have some inspiration for what he says from some people, just like Shanks but different. I suck at explaining that, so I'll just show it in the next chapter.

Also, I hope this sticks with the timeline of My Hero Academia and doesn't ruin the characters. Honestly, I've been rewatching the series to remember things and how characters acted, so I hope this aligns with how All For One and Garaki act.

Chapter 1: The story of a Madscientist.

At the start of the 22nd century. Science progressed alongside quirks.

Scientists found that quirks are special particles that change in specific ways and have electric charges, similar to those in the Standard Model of particle physics.

Since quirks are passed down genetically, siblings often have similar quirks.

Many theories suggest a link between events 3700 years ago and quirks,

but it hasn't been proven yet.

the first recorded instance of superhuman ability emerged when a newborn baby in Qing Qing City, China, demonstrated the power to emit light from its body.

Following this event, people worldwide began exhibiting various superpowers, not only at birth but also during puberty. These abilities came to be known as "Meta Abilities."

The cause of this phenomenon remains a mystery. One research team suggested it might be linked to the spread of a previously unknown disease carried by mice, while others proposed it as a natural evolution of humanity. However, as of now, there is no concrete evidence supporting any of these hypotheses.

This research group stated publicly that individuals with Meta Abilities represent a distinct subset of humanity with unique genetic traits.

And

The same man who proposed that humans lived in the sky 3700 years ago, also put forward the idea that the appearance of quirks was driven by the desire for human evolution—

'' I wanna be this'' or '' I wanna do that''

Essentially, people wishing to become something different or better. According to his theory, quirks represent the manifestations of past human aspirations for evolution.

He suggested that perhaps a similar phenomenon occurred 3700 years ago, potentially leading to the sinking of the world into the ocean. He concluded that nature holds a disdain for supernatural abilities, hence imposing weaknesses or limitations on every quirk.
