hearing the soft snores coming from (what she thought was) beside her, made chaewon raise her head. attempting to lift her head and look around seemed impossible, since there was an unexpected weight sitting on top of her head.

realising she wasnt gonna be free anytime soon, chaewon attempted to drift back to sleep. but her efforts were useless since she couldnt fall back asleep, so chaewon had moved ever so slowly and carefully just so she wouldnt wake the sleeping beauty next to her.

chaewon carefully and gently placed yunjin's head on her shoulder, and decided now would be the best time to study her face. yunjin wasnt awake, how would she ever know?

chaewon took the time to first admire the girl's really clear skin. wondering how the hell yunjin had such clear skin, chaewon had to physically hold her hand so she wouldnt run her fingers against yunjin's soft skin.

listening to the soft breaths and quiet snores leaving the sleeping girl, chaewon took in her features. better this time and without all the unnecessary teasing like she had gotten last time.

yunjin had an extremely pretty nose, the shape of it was so perfect and the bridge was just right. her nose wasnt too small that it looked out of place, but it wasnt too big that it stood out from the rest of her features. it was just right.

her lips were a dusty rosy pink colour. they were the shape of a heart, and had the cutest cupid's bow right about it. her lips werent too plump that they had looked like fillers, but they were so thin that it looked she had no lips.

yunjin's forehead was a lovely pale colour. it wasnt extremely pale and made it look like she was sick, but it wasnt so tan either. her forehead was quite small in comparison to a lot of other people, but it suited yunjin in a way chaewon couldnt describe with words.

and her eyes. they were such a perfect chocolate brown colour and were perfect at making anyone fall in love with a single look. like right now, the eye contact chaewon and yunjin were making was intense. wait.. wasnt yunjin asleep?

chaewon gasped when she realised she had been caught. "well good morning?" chaewon laughed awkwardly. "why were you just staring at me?" yunjin laughed, her perfect smile coming into place showing off her perfectly white teeth.

"cause i was seeing how bad your skin care routine is." chaewon responded quickly, and yunjin's brows furrowed at this. yunjin immediately started patting her face to see if she any spots, because the last she checked her skin was clear of any pimple of any kind.

"but my skin is fine.." she trailed off and chaewon shrugged. "i think otherwise, but you know what they say. 'opposites attract.'" chaewon said nonchalantly trying to act mysterious like she wasnt just checking yunjin out.

"i havent heard anyone say that since 2012." yunjin deadpanned, and looked directly at chaewon with those stupidly perfect eyes.

"that means i have broken that record havent i? oh my gosh garam was right, you really are no fun" chaewon huffed and turned away. "yeah maybe she was right" yunjin whispered so quietly it could be considered silent for the most part.

the two faced opposite directions for the rest of the flight, with yunjin overthinking if she was actually as 'boring' as everyone had claimed and chaewon thinking about yunjin and her stupid pretty eyes.

i think its safe to say, kim chaewon has officially fallen in love with huh yunjin.
