TIMELINE: Junior year of college
________One lazy night, while the pair was lounging on the couch watching reruns of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Rosy could tell Pale was getting a little stir-crazy. They'd been on summer break for nearly a month all ready and she'd fallen into one of her old patterns of anxiousness which happened occasionaly.
Thankfully, the pink cheeked boy knew exactly the push she needed to shake away the worrying thoughts she surrounded herself in. Too often the girl focused within her past and couldn't imagine her future turning out positive in spite of it.
It was something that at first hurt the boy and took a lot of learning from his part to understand that it was by no fault of his own, nor the girl's fault. It was merely a side effect of what the girl dealt with on a daily occurrence.
The boy turned to the girl with a soft smile upon his face and gently brushed his knuckles against her jaw. With a dazed expression, she looked up at him and offered a weak smile of her own and nuzzled her forehead into head chest.
"Hmm?" She hummed, giving a questioning look at the blushing boy.
"I've got an idea that I think you're going to adore." Rosy replied, wiggling his eyebrows playfully.
Pale giggled softly before saying, "I have a feeling you're not going to tell me about this mischievous plan of yours?"
"Now where's the fun in that, Pale Eyes?" He asked, planting a kiss upon her forehead.
"Everywhere."

Thirty minutes and a lot of convincing later, the two were dressed to the nines. Pale donned a slim fitting black dress, heels, a small clutch and diamond earrings that complimented her twisted up hair and makeup, while Rosy, a debonair in dress pants and shirt and jacket in hand, matched her perfectly.
"I still don't understand why there's a need to dress up, babe. We all ready went on our nicer date for the month and you promised not to waste money on me by having extra dinners." Pale mumbled, rubbing at her arm worriedly.
Rosy rested his hands on her shoulders and leaned down to look into her eyes, "Darling, you don't have to worry about me and money. I love using what I have on you. On us. I plan on doing it for the rest of my life, so I'm not going to stop now." He assured. "But, that is not the case tonight anyhow. You're in for a night you'll never forget."
Pale held him to those words and they didn't disappoint.
~~~~~~
"Where are we?" The girl asked as she took Rosy's extended hand while she exited the taxi that had taken them halfway across the city.
"Well, lovely, we're in a place you've always admired." He simply replied, giving her hand a gentle squeeze before leading her into the building they'd come to a stop in front of.
Pale took a look around the interior of the lobby and recognition flickered into her eyes. She was silent and they strode through the room and into the elevator, but she took in the well upkept appearance of the building. It was well kept, but a bit too busy for her taste.
The ride in the confining box was short and the doors opened after a ping. With a little smirk, the boy gestured for her to exit. Excitement was written all over his face; itleft the girl's nerves tingling. It was a feeling she got often from him and it made her feel oh so alive.
Confusion though, settled inside of the girl when they continued to walk. She hadn't the faintest clue why they were in the bulding, but the boy seemed so terribly elated by the prospect.
