I was waiting for Scarlet in her room to get our of the shower. I can't stop the about her and it is driving me insane.
When she finally comes into the room I'm caught off guard as I realized what she is wearing. I know she does have pants on, but because the shirt is so big on her it doesn't look like it.
I clear my throat and try to hide how unhappy I am. Luckily enough for me it was dark enough for her to see how I am, but nothing more.
"Hey Landon. What are you doing here? I thought you were going to do work in the basement." Scarlet asked me in a very confused tone.
"Hey I honestly don't know. Okay I do know, but I don't know how to say it." I kinda stuttered out nervously. "I just wanted to say that I can't get you out of my mind and I know we only just met, but could I take you out on a date and get to know you better?" Everything came out in one nervous breathe almost not making any sense.
"I'd like to get to know you better to." She said and I swear I almost saw her smile,but it was to dark to tell. "Great then I'll make a reservation for Friday at 8pm for dinner?"
"Sounds great, can I go to sleep now?" When she said this I realized that it was past 1 am and that we did need to get some sleep so I said good night and left her room really happy.
SCARLET'S POV
Once Landon left I hid the guns I had left in my bag as well as at least one knife in my room at different places.
At 1:30 am I finally fell asleep only to wake up to a nightmare at 4 am. I then decided to go get some water from the kitchen.
When I got to the kitchen I saw someone else. It was Nicholas. Not saying a word I went to the fridge to get water when he said something that socked me.
"I so heard you were going on a date with my brother."
"I am. Is that a problem?"
"No I just hope you know what you are signing up for."
"What is that suppose to mean?"
"You'll find out soon enough," He said getting up coming closer to me and leaning down to whisper in my ear "and when you do I'll be here waiting for you, mia amore." Sending shivers down my spine as he walks away.
After I drank my water I went outside and just sat on the swing until it was 5 am. I got up and put on my outfit for the day making sure to hide all my scars. It was a simple black t-shirt with black jeans and a gray denim jacket. The shoes where just some black sneakers.
I then went downstairs to see almost everyone sitting down for breakfast. They all greased me and said good morning except for Nicholas and Hunter who just stayed silent. I greeted them back before sitting down and only getting a few fruits and some coffee.
Everyone looked at me confused about something. "Why are you all looking at me like that?" I asked calmly.
"Because you barely have any food on your plate." Hunter snapped back raising his voice only a little. "And that is a problem, why?"
"You need to eet more or you'll starve to death." Nicholas chimed in. As I was about to punch someone I felt a and on my thigh. The hand belonged to Nick which surprised me, but I did nothing to stop him. When I locked eyes with him he just mouthed 'eet' going back to his own breakfast.
"I will eet as much as I want to." After that it was silent until every was done. I then went back to my room.
•••Friday night•••
I have not been able to stop thinking about Nick, but I had to get ready for my daye with Landon, his brother.
I toke a nice hot long shower making sure to shave. After my shower I put on my dress and shoes making sure that everything is covered that should be, for the time being as I don't want anyone to see my scars.

Walking down the stairs I see Landon waiting for me at the end of them.
Once I'm at the bottom he holds his hand out for me to take so I do.
"You look gorgeously beautiful." Landon says giving my hand a kiss. "Thank you, you don't look bad yourself."
LANDON'S POV
I'm getting ready for my date with Scarlet when my brother walks in looking pissed.
"If you hurt her in any way or form I will kill you." He says and I know he is not joking by the tone of his voice. "I would never. How could you say that?"
"I am only warning you, little brother. That's all. Enjoy your date and let me know how it goes." Nicholas says before walking out of my room closing the door.
When I was finish I waited for scars until she came down the stairs.
She is absolutely beautiful and I can't believe she said yes to a date with me.
I really hope she enjoys this date and agrees to a second one.
I take her and when she gets to the bottom of the stairs and give her a complement. After that I lead her to my car and open her door for her, waiting for her to sit before I close the door and get go to my side to get in.
The whole drive to the restaurant was pretty quiet except for the music that played in the background.
I was really nervous and hoped she liked Italian food otherwise I was screwed.
Let's hope this goes as planned...
