The scene started with a kid, Dazai, in a mount position over his father's dead body. He was a child who always got abused, and one day he had enough.
His mother suddenly died, and after a few months, his father started abusing him. Their relationship was always great, but ever since his mother's death, Dazai's father was never the same.
One fateful day, driven to the edge, Dazai lashes out, stabbing his father before unleashing a barrage of punches until the man breathes for the last time.
He heard noise and saw Tenma entering the room with a clap while laughing, "Truly amazing. A young kid beating an old man."
"Who the fuck are you?" Dazai growled, "You wanna fucking die?"
"I'm the Prince Of Edolas, Tenma Dreyar," Tenma introduced himself. "And I'm here with an offer."
"What offer?" Dazai asked with a little bit of curiosity.
"Go to jail for this crime," Tenma started, making Dazai tense up, "or you can work with me as my partner. Your crimes will be forgotten, and you'll get to live a great life in the castle."
He held out his hand for a handshake and with a grin, he asked, "There's a life-changing option in front, what are you choosing?"
Dazai was hesitant at first but accepted his hand and said, "Fine, I rather live a good life"
After their encounter, the two started to train and go on missions together. Dazai became Tenma's most trustworthy friend and he also became allies with many like Sugarboy, Lily, Knightwalker, and a certain someone.
Dazai was walking through the hallway. Someone was about to jump on him, but he dodged. The woman fell down with a groan.

"Alyssa, stop playing," Dazai said, annoyed. "I've got a mission to do."
"To hell with your mission," Alyssa shouted. "Let's go on a date."
"Boring," Dazai said and left. Alyssa panicked and grabbed his arm, trying to stop him.
"Come on, man," Alyssa groaned. "You never want to have fun."
"My job is messing with my enemies' lives," Dazai explained as he walked away. "And also maybe trying to commit suicide."
"Why do you always want to commit suicide?" Alyssa asked.
"Let me ask you this, is there really a point in this thing called living?" Dazai suddenly asked."I know Tenma is evil but being this close to death and carnage, gives me some will to live at least"
"I'll be your reason to live," Alyssa shouted. "As long as I'm here, you won't die."
Dazai chuckled,"You can try"
After that,the scene went far into the future where Alyssa was in a coma while Dazai stood by her side.Alyssa was Dazai most trustworthy friend after Tenma.He met him,after killing a bandit.
