- Owen's POV -

I walked down the quiet hallway and then pushed the door open that lead to the control room. All eyes turned to me as I stepped in the room.

"Oh my-" I heard Vivian whisper before she burst into tears and Lowery went to comfort her.

"Nicole," Gray whispered before burying his head in his hands. Zach wrapped his arms around his brother for comfort. Zach too hung his head low. I couldn't meet Claire or Michael's eyes.

"Owen. What happened?" Claire asked as she walked over to where I was standing to get a better look at Nicole.

"Vic killed her." I said trying to hold back the tears.

"Oh god," she said and she too was now crying. I looked over at Michael who didn't say anything but just looked down at the ground. We all had lost a good friend. I didn't just loose a good friend. I had just lost the only one I cared about. Now I couldn't help but blame myself for her death.

"It's all my fault," I whispered.

"Owen. I know this is hard but you can't blame yourself for Nicole's death." Claire said placing a hand on my shoulder.

"But I'm going too. I should have never said those things to her."

"Tell me about it..." Zach mumbled and I shot him a dirty look. I looked back down at Nicole. All the memories we shared all of a sudden came flooding back to me.

"Owen where did you say you found Nicole?" Lowery asked and I looked at him.

"In the very last room at the end of the hallway. Why?" I asked.

"Because there's a security camera in there. We can see exactly how Nicole died." Do I want to see exactly how she died? If anything it could only make me feel worse.

"Okay," I said. I was still holding Nicole. There wasn't really a place to lay her down on so Michael and Zach went off to find a table or something.

Lowery began playing the security of Nicole. I watched as Vic took her into the room and told her to sit down. She did and then she was cuffed to the chair. They had a small conversation before Vic left.

"Where the hell did Vic go?" I asked and Lowery pulled up some other footage. He was now talking with Dr. Wu.

"If Nicole is here that means the others are too." Dr. Wu said. Both him and Vic stood in a part of the lab of which I had never seen. But then again I didn't go into the lab often.

"We have to kill them," Vic said.

"First start with Nicole and then the others." Dr. Wu ordered Vic. Still no one was talking. All of us were to focused on what was going on.

"Let's go," Vic said and he uncuffed Nicole and they walked out of the room. I was making sure to pay attention to every detail.

We all continued to watch as Vic now led Nicole into the lab. Dr. Wu, Vic and Nicole were the only ones in the room at the time. Dr. Wu went on about telling Nicole about the new Indominous Rex.

"Well we're screwed," said Gray as we listened to Dr. Wu talk about why she was created.

"You knew this would happen then?" Nicole questioned him. Vic stood close behind her, too close.

"Of course we did. You don't think that after all of our hard work we'd just throw it all away because some assholes destroyed our first?" Vic said and she turned to him.
