I could feel my heart pound against my chest, as I may be accepted in the pack. I knew there was always lurking something more dangerous outside.

Like it was some forbidden rule I threw my brush into the bucket and pulled myself back on my feet. The simplicity was simply that if it was my own pack member or not, I didn't want to fight or even argue with them.

My head stayed low while my eyes were glued on the wet floor. I didn't need to see where I needed to go as I knew this dungeon by the back of my hand. My hand instinctively grabbed the metal bar, while trying to pull and spin me out of the man's cell before ai was seen.

"STOP!" I could hear a voice say behind me, making my body freeze immediately. I struggled to swallow my saliva down, knowing it was considered rude and disrespectful.

I could feel my heart pound in my ears before I grabbed all my courage together and turned around whoever called.

My eyes fell on one of the warriors I had seen before. His dirty blond hair was ruffled, but this man could, unlike me, probably never look bad. His eyes were light and bright blue, and not only that but they seemed to spark with a certain confidence and pride.
He was tall, muscled and his normal neat style of clothing attracted a lot of women.

Behind him were two of his companions. One was a tall, muscled man with brown hair, and the other a tall, muscled man with light brown hair. I needed to admit that I had seen their faces before.

In Between them there was the prisoner, he seemed less full of life as he was this morning. His body hung in between the two muscled men beside him. His bare feet were dragging over the cold floor, as blood seem to drip from his head.

For a moment I looked shocked, unable to understand how an interrogation got so out of hand.

In a reaction my eyes forcefully pinched themselfs close, before I could feel the harsh grip of cold fingers on the skin of my cheeks. My mouth pouted by the strength of the person's fingertips, while my eyes carefully opened.

For a brief moment they catched the icy glance of his light blue eyes. I could not stop my eyes from watering as I managed to keep them from falling, but it didn't matter while I watched how a smirk formed on his lips.

I immediately felt myself shrink, hoping somehow I could blend into the floor and just simply disappear. Still that was never the case.

"What were you up to?" I could hear him ask calmly, still I could not deny the threat full lining his words seemed to possess.

"I thought I needed to clean his cell" I managed to say almost in a whisper, while I could feel my legs shake.

From the vision that I had I could see how his face turned slightly to the side, as his eyes bore into my forehead.

I could feel how my head flipped to the side, followed by my body seconds before I lost my balance and fell on the floor. The side of my face burned, spreading like fire on the dry forest leaves. A headache spreaded almost immediately, providing me with a pounding that only made it worse.

My hand lifted itself, placing it on my cheek as my palm almost instantly became warm by the impact. My eyes slightly widened when I saw the small drops of blood that fell from my nose on the gray floor.

"I am sorry" I managed to say, while I could hear my own voice softly tremble.

"Get up and out of our sight," I could hear him say, as his words sounded harsh and hateful.

My eyes repeatedly blinked while my head quickly nodded yes, as I pushed myself off the ground and on my feet. I could feel how my hand shook before it found its way back on my cheek, knowing no one cared how much it hurted.
